We loved the location and the beautiful view. It was stunning! The staff were helpful and lovely. A special thanks to Leven, who carried our cases up and down the stairs!

Being an older couple, we found the steps up and down were a challenge! 88 steps up and 88 steps down! Our only other criticism was that no tea, coffee or sugar was provided as a start off to our holiday stay.

Manos was amazing! All the staff were lovely, starting with the male staff member who carried our 2 suitcases all the way down and up the steps! Rinalda at Reception was super friendly and helped us with anything that we needed. The room was very spacious, super nice and very clean and the VIEW!!! Incredible! We had an allocated table on a shared balcony that overlooked the water. We travelled in mid October (low season) and this “caldera view room” was so cheap compared to other places we stayed. Such amazing value. Location was awesome too, in a quiet area with a few restaurants around but also super central, a beautiful walk to Fira with sunset/ocean views the whole way.

Bed was a little creaky and a bit too hard for me, but the pillows were amazing! That’s all personal preference though, and honestly not even a big deal. I really can’t fault Manos. Loved our stay and wish we had stayed longer.

Room: Beautiful view from the balcony, room was clean and spacious. Stuff: Lovely people, you really feel you are "welcomed". Supermarket: Small supermarket in 3mins walk where you can buy water, coffee, drinks or snacks. (the room has a electronic kettle and fridge, cups etc) 30mins hike to Skaros rock to enjoy the sunset, 3 hours hike to Oia, both highly recommended.

Privacy: Notice that the balcony is not private, you get your own table and chairs but it's rather a outdoor corridor. Not suitable for someone looking for a privacy, though it's hard to find a place like that at Santorini. Reaching here from the Fira bus station: Getting here on foot with a suitcase wasn't as easy as I thought, taking the normal road is much easier than going through the houses on the cliff side, but the slope is very steep anyway and almost no shade.

I was solo traveling. And was my first time in Santorini. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. All rooms has an excellent view. You can watch the sunset in front of your room. (There is a table for everyone) you can watch the view even from your window. Room was large enough. Comfortable bed, nice shower, AC and mini fridge. Everything was working well. And I would love to send my special thanks to Renalda(receptionist). She was a big help with everything. I arrived before check in time, she helped me to get my room earlier than regular time because I arrived too early and was tired. She showed me places to go on map. And she helped me arranging airport transfer. Also the porter, Louis, was so kind and helpful. I genuinely enjoyed my stay in Manos.

The location was fantastic, breakfast was huge, it’s made offsite and changes daily, we only had it one morning, and it was a little cold, but a lot of food.

Tea and coffee in the rooms, there was a kettle but no tea or coffee.

The most comfortable bed of our entire trip! Beautiful view, great location.

Not a complaint, but be aware there are many steps up and down to the rooms. Great if you want exercise but not for those with physical challenges.

Definitely the view from the shared terrace is amazing. The location is 10-15 minutes from Fira bus station, but also from Imerovigli. Many restaurants and shops can be easily found in the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day.

Very uncomfortable beds. The breakfast was served on the shared terrasse in the front of the room, the food was not bad, but very few options comparing other hotels that offer self buffet. They provided egs, yogurt, croissantes, sandwiches, but no vegetables. Can also improve gluten free options. The coffee was undrinkable, probably a filter coffee but low quality and very diluted. For the money I paid I expect to have at least instant coffee and tea available in the room (a kettle has been provided). To have a good expresso in the morning, I recommend the Galini Cafe, 150m from the hotel, not expensive at all (to go option available).

I stayed here for 3 nights last week in the junior suite with caldera view. What a beautiful setting and a lovely welcome by the staff. I didn't catch the lady or man's name but both of them were hospitable and made me feel comfortable. Always smiling and saying hello and a chat every day. The room was modern and incredibly spacious. I had an accident one day on a boat trip and the staff were generally concerned and helped me out with plasters and a bandage. The lady also offered to order food to the hotel so I didnt have to go up and down the stairs with my injury - really sweet. I loved my stay here and felt very relaxed - thankyou to the lovely staff ❤️ Highly recommended 👌

If I'm being picky, it would have been good to have some glasses in the room (I only had coffee cups) and the pillows were a bit too plump for me. The water did go cold relatively quickly which was fine for me as a solo traveller but could be an issue for multiple people staying in the room.

Pure delight! The most beautiful view on the island. The friendliest staff. Warm, and cozy atmosphere. The incredible, radiant — like sunshine — girl Ronalda at the reception. The amazing young man Louis, always ready to help. The caring local woman who assists as well. Everything is simply magnificent. This is the kind of vacation that will be remembered forever. A place you want to return to again, and again, and again.

The view was great. The table/patio was great. The staff was great. The gentleman taking our bags to the top was great. The room was great.

I did not realize the amount of steps in the staircase. There were 73. I believe you should inform your guests about this fact, because even healthy people may have difficulty.
