A really cozy and nice hotel! I spent the New Year’s weekend there and had a wonderful experience. Everything in the room was in working order, and the bathroom was clean with fresh sheets and towels. The room was cleaned daily, and hygiene products were replenished every day as well. It was quite spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was warm and complemented by a sauna, making it perfect for relaxation. The staff at the reception and restaurant were incredibly polite and helpful. While the views weren’t particularly special, it didn’t matter much as the overall experience more than made up for it. The food was very tasty, with prices that felt reasonable. The interior of the hotel was also beautifully designed, adding to the charm of the stay.

I wouldn’t classify it as a 5-star hotel, but overall, we were still pleased with everything. Just a heads-up: smoking is not allowed in the hotel, so if you’re staying on the 4th floor, you’ll need to go downstairs to smoke.

The rooms of our junior suite were clean and functional, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had hot water quickly, and a great shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and, for no particular reason that we could discern, the manager sent us a free bottle of Georgian white wine. The spa was well-run and clean. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of standard and local items.

The rooms had no attempt at decorations on the walls; they were strictly functional. Our sitting room had only one chair, so we had to “borrow” one from a nearby conference room, so that we could both watch the television.

It was my fiance's birthday and that was the purpose of our trip. I had several requests and they satisfied us. The birthday compliment was a cheesecake that was one of the best I've ever eaten. The room was large and very clean, with a beautiful view. It should be noted that the room is very quiet and the soundproofing is at a high level. The pool is not that big but it is comfortable and the water temperature is very good. The staff are very attentive and friendly, both the waiters and spa center staff, but the girl at the reception was especially nice and attentive. All in all it was a great stay and it was also good for the price.

Breakfast was not that good, but enough i guess. It was definitely not a 5 star hotel breakfast.

All the amenities are nice, the pool, gym and sauna are very modern and nice to used, there is ton of parking. The bed is super confortable and the room is quite sizeable

It’s a bit far from the attractions, it’s perfect if you have a car or want to use taxis. The internet is terrible don’t expect to work or do anything important while you are there, the breakfast is traditional which is ok, I would only think they need real coffee as they only have instant coffee. For the rest the hotel is pretty nice

The front-desk ladies gave us a very warm welcome and managed to check us in a few hours earlier - it was super nice and relieving as we were with a baby. The food in the restaurant was very delicious - everything we ordered was really tasty. Cappuccino was really good - it is very important for me as for coffee lover. We liked spa procedures and the master was considerate to our preferences.

The swimming pool was closed. It was very disappointing. In the bathroom there is no space to put your makeup bag as there is only a small sink without countertop. And there is neither hair conditioner nor body lotion provided, that is very strange for a 5-star-rated hotel. The breakfast was poor and did not meet our expectations: there were no pancakes /waffles, no yoghurts, no flakes, no eggs selection (except scramble), no porridge selection (except oatmeal cooked in water), no croissants, coffee was not good (bitter americano) - very poor choice.

Everything was great: the hotel, facilities, and food. This is probably the only hotel in Akhaltsikhe with a pool and a spa — at least at a reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay, and if we decide to visit this city again, we would definitely stay at this hotel.

Maybe the room felt a little empty. It would be great if they had an armchair or two in the room, not just a bed and a chair. This is important for couples or families.

Perfect stuff, everyone is polite and friendly, excellent cleanness in the room, delicious food, there is restaurant and bar with a wide selection of drinks. During check-in, the reception explained in detail workings hours of each department in the hotel. spa is included in the room price. I highly recommend ordering a relaxing massage, the staff are real professionals with specialized education who love their job. The room has a comfortable desk for working
