Such a hotel should have a way better service and at least decent food Noteworthy details: Pluses: - on the booking.com the price included the swimming pool. After booking, the staff informed us that the swimming pool was closed. The staff never apologised even after we communicated that it should be improved from their side. The response was, yes that was probably an issue on the booking side :)) - fitness studio smelly; also the light was switched off in the steam bad and we had to ask to switch on

The hotel has a convenient location, just 5 min drive from Borjomi city. The building is surrounded with a spacious recreation zone with many park benches, private gazebos, hammocks and playgrounds. There's a wonderful walking trail and a designated Borjomi mineral water pavillion on the site. Spa services include both Finnish and Russian saunas with appropriate temperatures, amazing hot steam room and a swimming pool with jaccuzi. It's a a peaceful and quiet place, perfect for those who seek for a proper relaxation of body and soul. Would love to come back for a longer stay!

Unfortunately the bathtub in my room wasn't working properly (didn't hold the water), which ruined its purpose. I was promised that someone will come to fix it, but when I tried to fill it up in the evening the issue was still unresolved. Not a big deal, but surely a fly in the ointment. Nevertheless, the rest of facitilites were perfect and the staff was attentive and polite.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with all the necessities, you will need. Breakfast is quite good, with a lot of choices. I was staying with 4 year old and didn't have any problem to find something for him. Spa as well was very pleasant. Everything was working except Jacuzzi button. Water temperature was perfect even for little ones. It gets a bit noisy around 8-9 P.M, but staff is really attentive to all details and they are trying to deal with it as well. Our therapist Maia was very professional and pleasant lady. I would recommend her to anyone. So personnel is very caring and ready to help you any time ASAP.

There are some small details in bathrooms and spa that need maintenance.

My wife and I had a wonderful vacation at the Borjomi Likani hotel and we are very pleased with our experience! Everything was at the highest level — from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the attentive and friendly staff. We truly enjoyed the relaxing massages, wellness treatments, time in the sauna, and the pleasant indoor pool. A special highlight was the hotel restaurant — delicious food, a cozy atmosphere, and excellent service. We also explored the town of Borjomi and enjoyed great meals at local restaurants. One of the most memorable experiences was a horseback ride through the National Park — surrounded by breathtaking nature, it felt like a fairytale! We are grateful to the entire hotel team for their care, hospitality, and for creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We’re leaving with great memories and hope to return again soon! The only downside was that our vacation was too short. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this wonderful place even more!

Although it looks big, but in some parts looks limited in space. For example, not enough chaise-longues at pool, taking into account that many people comes with children. Did not like much the jacuzzi. In the room the wardrobe was very narrow, for two persons was not enough space for clothes. For such a rates, there could be a coffee-machine in the room or at least at each floor. Speaking about coffee, during the breakfast you may make only two types of coffee, although the machine itself had more menu pages, but they were empty. The surrounding area is big, but not well-groomed. The restaurant at top floor has not much place. Noticed one day, people did not find a place, maybe because during the winter the terrace is closed.

Everything was wonderful, and I especially want to highlight the delicious and varied breakfast. I would also like to express my gratitude for the excellent service—when we requested additional hangers and a blanket, they were promptly provided, which was very much appreciated. The hotel has a convenient location, with a large area in a forest near the river. Parking is free. However, there are a few aspects that could be improved. The carpet in the room was dirty, which slightly affected the overall impression. Upon check-in, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, as if someone had recently been smoking, though it disappeared after airing out. Additionally, there was a depression in the middle of the shower cabin floor, which could be a safety hazard if someone slips. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you once again for your hospitality!

Our family, including our 1.8-year-old child, had an absolutely wonderful stay at Borjomi Likani Spa Centre Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The spa and pool were exceptional—clean, relaxing, and just what we needed for a refreshing getaway. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay truly enjoyable. We also loved the bar, which had a great selection of drinks and a cozy atmosphere. A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Tamuna, in particular, made our stay extra special with her warm hospitality and professionalism. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Borjomi Likani Spa Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly retreat. We will definitely be back!

Long story short, Likani hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms: The room view is phenomenal! A huge balcony with mountain view, makes the room a wonderful place to just sit & sip some tea/coffee or wine. And yes, the room has a minibar with wine (room service is available too!) :) Very spacious, comfortable, warm, cozy, calm and well-equipped. It was very quiet and wonderful to sleep in. Most importantly, everything's built high quality. Even the bathroom details and the small tea/coffee container are leather-covered. Wifi is available, too! Food: The food represents the reality of the hotel, being a "health center". While very delicious, it actually is very healthy. Nothing too oily, nothing deep fried to the edge of destruction. The menu is obviously well-observed and curated for adults and kids, yet limited. Take into consideration that the portion is quite massive. For example, the club sandwich includes 6 full pieces of toast bread, with several levels of chicken fillet, veggies and layers of other stuff, and it comes with fries in the middle. (recommended of course) The breakfast is GREAT! It has a long list of veggies, meats, sweets and drinks. You can also find onion rings, tuna, bacon, omelette, boiled eggs, several types of sausage etc. Get the breakfast, it's one of the bests in the region. The bar is AWESOME too with lovely cocktails and wine selections! The building and the area: The gigantic yard was so big we couldn't walk to the end of it. Snowy weather did stop us to explore further but even the little walk we took was enough to entertain us for about 3 hours and to see so many different trees. Lovely place to take a gazillion pictures. Oh and the river is right there; enjoy watching the water flow! Staff are friendly & helpful; mostly know English, too! :) The swimming pool wasn't a huge one, but big enough; from 1.3m to 1.8m, with a smooth angle. All in all, lovely place. Highly recommended :)

For most, it must be very pleasant to know that the staff care about them so much, but honestly I wasn't thrilled about the daily check on us to make sure we're having a great time :D And the Billiard could have been provided for free, in a better place. We'd have loved that :)

the location is amazing very close ti the small city center, close to the entrance od central park and also close to the entrance of the big national park the pool is great, the jacuzzi is great and the spa is amazing and very professional we didn't book breakfast because it was very expensive so we eat all our meals in the city - wich was a great and saving a lot of money the hotel has amazing park that we run and walked every day also the gym is wonderful oveall - we would definitely come back to this hotel because it is wonderful place and relaxing experience

some of the stuff are great and very helpful but some of them are not nice i think that this level of hotel needs much more smiling stuff. if you book spa treatments - make sure you pay on spot amd not during checkout because they can make some mistakes and its very embarrassing another thing is that the bed is very uncomfortable its a feeling that you are in a very soft mattress and you are sinking in it - not in a comfortable way
