The Hotel is located at a hilltop with an open view over Bakuriani and the mountains. It is clean and tidy and the rooms are well sized. The breakfast was in decent variety and never ending supplies - which the children appreciated. My heartfelt gratitude is for the staff that was always ready to take care of us. Especially when our son had an asthma attack and couldn’t breath, needing immediate medical attention - they told us the ambulance would take time because of the heavy snowfall that night so Ievan drove us in emergency in his car to the medical Center and saved our son’s life. That is when you know where is the heart of the Georgian people and how special they are. My forever thanks to Ievan and all the staff at AuRoom

Really nice hotel for very good price. Excellent cozy rooms with view to mountains. Friendly and helpful stuff. Warm pool and good sauna!! We enjoyed our stying here ! Lokation it’s near town , but to go to ski cabins - not easy to walk , you need to drive .

Breakfast starts only at 9 am. It was late for us :( At least they could have given us coffee earlier :) The food is cold :( Staff should be "more flexible" It was 8:50 a.m., but they said, "you can't eat" :)) Even though the food was already served. I would really like background music in the pool and restaurant. There were no hangers for clothes in the closet

They send you message after check-in, where they tell you, that check-out is at 12, that you should let them know about your check out, but they would like you to check out at 10:30. :)

the sauna was working only one day, and the next was off, so we were a little disappointed, but the swimming pool worked

Team members didn’t seem very willing to interact and didn’t make an effort to personalize our stay in any way.

New hotel with warm rooms, nice pool, spectacular view and wonderful, professional staff. The location is within walking distance to the ski lifts of Bakuriani (or short taxi ride).

The hotel is the most comfortable for the family with kids. The space is organized very well, so that one can look after the kids while sitting in the restaurant or terrace. The swimming pool located in the hotel is warm and comfortable at any weather. The staff wa svery friendly. I was there with three 6-8 yo boys and my mother and we all enjoyed very much.

Very nice, clean and warm hotel with a nice restaurant and sauna. Also staff was extremely helpful , they helped us under the heavy snow to get the car out. Definitely recommended !
