Just came back from Mtserpebi Resort in Qvishkheti and honestly, it was a dream. The location is something else, deep in a magical forest with mountains all around. The place feels remote in the best way. Everything was spotless and well thought out, from the rooms to the common areas. Our room was super spacious and had everything we needed. What stood out most though was the hospitality! The hosts, waiters, and staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it still felt private and peaceful. Definitely one of those places you don’t want to leave

The location and the views were great and we liked the design of the hotel. The staff was exceptional, both the receptionists and the waiters were very friendly and welcoming. I only wish they would stop shooing the cat, it leaves such a bad impression. The grey cat is a really wonderful addition to the hotel staff, we absolutely loved him. We were also very grateful for an upgrade of our room. We got a duplex with a spacious terrace and comfy beds. The room was very clean and had many amenities. There was no kettle and although we were ready to order tea from the restaurant the staff kindly provided us with a kettle and some tea bags. The breakfast was nice but I was surprised there was no cereal.

Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed for repair works and we were not informed about it prior to our arrival. It was a disappointment because we booked the hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool. It was cool and very windy outside so we could only quickly swim in the outdoor pool for 5 minutes and then had to run to our room to get a hot shower. There is no shower or sauna available near the outdoor pool. Also the men doing construction works abandoned their jobs to watch me and my daughter enter the pool. It was very uncomfortable.

Excellent service: the receptionist was especially polite and professional. We got a free upgrade to the suite which was superb. The restaurant team could use more professional and English speaking staff: someone made a mistake with our order (we ordered a vegetarian meal and got meat instead), the issue was that the waiter insisted that the meal is what we ordered, until we proven otherwise

The location was amazing in a higher ground. The staff were very welcoming and helpful (thanks to all of them) the restaurant offered halal food which is not very common in that area. The bathroom had heated toilet water pump.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms with a nice view. We even got a room upgrade. Lovely staff and good choice of breakfast options (especially the tea selection was great which is rare in hotels).

A tiny indoor pool, fit only for two people swimming simultaneously, would be uncomfortable with more than 3 people in the pool. It was tight. It was a great place, but I believe it is slightly overrated and did not match my 5-star expectations, which can be subjective!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the atmosphere, the delicious food, and especially the outstanding staff. Everyone was so kind and professional. I highly recommend this place to everyone – truly one of the best!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location and views are amazing from the room, or other areas. Very clean and fully equiped facilities. You can find great food, drinks, and all resort facilities for entertainment inside the resort.

Location is great, beautiful views and fresh air around. Breakfast is great and overall their kitchen is really good. We liked everything that we ordered. Staff is super polite and friendly, hotel is clean and comfortable.

The water in outside swimming pool was super cold :( we couldn’t enjoy at all, also would be nice to add some more sunbeds. Sauna is not included in price, which is kind of weird since we haven’t come across that kind of case in other hotels.
