The hotel features a stunning design with a unique lobby area, very spacious and minimalist rooms, and a new and well-maintained structure. The breakfast is of exceptional quality.

Unfortunately, the lack of activities beyond eating and sleeping is a major downside. A 5-star hotel without a spa, pool, or gym feels unjustifiable, especially in a dull city like Bakuriani. Offering indoor activities should be the bare minimum. The staff, while young and friendly, seems undertrained in some areas. During our first dinner in the lobby, it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive despite us being the only ones ordering. Meanwhile, seven staff members were standing around chatting.

Staff . The rooms and the heating system. Bathroom lighting and warmness. Cleanliness . Balcony and the view . Restaurant and breakfast . Walk distance winter activates.

This was my first time staying at the hotel, but I had been impressed by it long before — I used to come here just for the restaurant, and it always made me want to return as a guest. The visual style of the hotel is outstanding: thoughtful details and a beautiful atmosphere, especially during the rainy and cloudy weather we had — it felt truly magical. The dim lighting throughout the hotel adds to the charm and creates a cozy mood. Breakfasts were another highlight — a wide selection of food, everything fresh and tasty. I especially appreciated the quality tea selection.

It would be great to have access to YouTube and Netflix in the room — perfect for a cozy evening in. Also, we would’ve loved to have more tasty tea options available in the room. As for breakfast, it was missing one small thing that could make it perfect — a flavorful filter coffee made with specialty beans.

1. tobacco odour on the floor. the hotel has a half-hearted non-smoking policy, allowing guests to smoke on the balconies, so the smell ends up in the corridor, 2. poor soundproofing, thanks god there werent too many kids, 3. unwillingness of the staff to communicate in russian (but then who can blame them after what russia did).

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond to assist me. My room was spotless, well-maintained, spacious, well-equipped, and especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The restaurant food was delicious and the service was attentive. I had a fantastic time and i will definitely be back! I enjoyed a relaxing and convenient stay. Nice interior design with hints to the local context while maintaining it modern / contemporary. The 50+sqm room was spacious, comfortable, warm and with a terrace. Very well assorted buffet breakfast, better arranged compared to the Tbilisi Rooms Hotel. Good reception staff and responsive hotel management.

Mainly comments for the hotel: Somehow apartments attached to the property may have better views than “upper level” rooms, interesting design choice as this leads to slight nuisance from rooms into hotel outdoor terrace. Car arrival, drop off and parking experience to be improved, we could not enter directly in the hotel drop off, add signage, re arrange parking and keep the post open. Slight misunderstanding with restaurant staff at dinner due to language barrier, which was clarified with feedback to hotel management. Restaurant staff to be better trained.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything needed. The Staff were very friendly and helpful, from checkin to waiters to the cleaning staff, everyone as amazing. The Food - fresh and deliciously outstanding! Probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. The cocktails were yum-my as well!!. The location is PERFECT, with ski rental on locations. We will 100% be back.

If you are an early sleeper it can get a bit 'noisy' at night with people coming and going as the walls and floors seem to be made of paper so the noise travels unfortunately.

Literally everything in the hotel was amazing! The vibe, the atmosphere, the design. We enjoyed the stay which is totally different from the city life. The weather was amazing. The common areas are pretty nice were I just sat down and relaxed at night.

The hotel is getting more and more international visitors, so it would be good to have more suitable food options for Muslims.

perfect location for skiing, even with apres-ski in the yard on Saturday, beautiful room with a comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast, and a very good restaurant

There was a huge TV in the room but no Netflix; the seats in the beautiful fireplace lobby were always occupied by people who had reserved them since afternoon and weren't even sitting there, which was a pity; on our first night, one waiter did not bring us the wine menu before we insisted - instead, he tried to push for his wine recommendation which was the two most expensive bottles (the rest of the staff was amazing though)
