Family room was a good size, beds were pretty comfortable and house cleaning did an exceptional job of cleaning each day. The facilities were nice - pool, spa, sauna, gym, lots of communal areas for guests, and food ordered from the cafe/bar were tasty and good portions. Location was pretty good to the slopes, the grounds had plenty of space for snow play for the kids.

Limited hours for using the gym, pool etc couldn’t be accessed before 10am, food for the breakfast could include more fresh fruit etc, what was available was not ripe. Noise from above floor travels loudly - don’t know if we were unlucky to have exceptionally noisy guests above us but transferred enough to wake us at night.

Overall it was a great stay! It’s been long time I have not seen snow and my husband have never seen such a snow ❄️ ⛄️ So, it was fun! Check in was fast and smooth, special thanks to Ana, Merab, Sona and Elene Room facilities were good, cleanliness was great 10+! All room and bathroom amenities were available and enough for two people We had an amazing view overlooking to the garden and trees 🌲🌲

As a recommendation: Breakfast needs to be better, as we did not like it we never try any other meals at the hotel. So we cannot say anything about Lunch, dinner or A La Carte menu. Also room doors don’t have any soundproof, we could hear everything that was going on in corridor

We liked the hotel. The location is good you can walk to ski resort or use a taxi for 10 or 15 lats. Has extra activities for smaller kids outside. It has good spa with warm pools and nice sauna. Breakfast was good and rich. Rooms were spacious and clean. Every day we had extra bottles of water, tee and coffee. Generally we enjoyed our stay.

We did not like the food and service in a lodge. They were very late with orders and could not explain everything. Many things were missing from the menu. We had extra change for a coffee that we did not order. Definitely needs to be improved. We preferred Georgian restaurant near the ski resort. We also were a bit cold in the evenings in our room and were wearing extra cloth for sleeping. So, take wormer pajamas with you.

Staff are very friendly especially at the bar the lovely ladies there were so good with dealing with my kid and my wife Also the food was wow everything in the breakfast were delicious and like home made if i will decide to go for bourjomi or bukriani i will definitely choose this hotel also the food at the bar were at reasonable prices and was wow i considered this hotel as one of the best places that i ate during my 12 days stay at georgia

I loved Bakuriani Inn Hotel for so many reasons! The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking mountain views right from our balcony. Our room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The facilities were fantastic; the indoor pool and spa were great for unwinding, and the kids had a blast at the playground. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so many fresh options, and we enjoyed some memorable meals at the hotel’s restaurant, especially the local Georgian dishes. But what really made our stay special was the staff – they were so friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. It felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back!

The only downside to our stay was that the Wi-Fi in our room was a bit inconsistent, which made it difficult to stay connected at times. Additionally, while the hotel offers a wide variety of activities, some of them, like the fitness center, felt a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience at Bakuriani Inn Hotel was still wonderful.

A beautiful new and nice hotel in the mountains. The room was big, the bathroom very nice, the bed comfortable. I especially liked the balcony, where I could sunbathe in early November. There is a very nice pool and jacuzzi in SPA-area.

Maybe because it was not the ski season, the surroundings were depressing. We wanted to go for a walk in the evening, but there is nowhere to go. Stray dogs are also a bit scary, but this seems to be a problem throughout Georgia. The hotel bar was very funny. Someone from the staff was sitting in the corner of the bar and calculating some numbers. The bar lady had a strong language barrier and she claimed that they don't sell wine even though the bottles were on the shelf. In the end, she still served us wine, but unfortunately it had warmed up on the shelf. Seems like the bar staff would need some more training on what to do there.

Overall feeling is very good. We came here to celebrate Christmas and the hotel was full, or close to that. Nevertheless the staff made everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The view is outstanding, mountains and decorated spruces were exceptional.

The bathroom definitely needs more attention than it gets from the staff, things work but out of space, curved and dented here and there. Someone has been smoking and the smell went through the ventilation. Also the breakfast zone could be organised somewhat better to get rid of annoying queues.

The room was very clean. The staff is responding to the most requests you have. Bakuriani is very beautiful city. The breakfast buffet is for georgian standard very nice.

We got courtyard view in state of mauntain view we booked, that way we didn't like the view. The furniture for 5 star's hotel is too minimalistic. Everywhere stairs disturbing the movement. The SPA opening time is not acceptable (starting 10AM ) and you can't use the futtniss room and swimming pool or sauna early morning as there is no extra entrance. The sound proof is not there, every sound can be heard vesa versa. The hotel is for families with children and too loud, means relaxation?? For me 5 stars hotel is more than to have SPA, Bar and restaurant.

The place and the location are super the reception staff are very polite especially sona she was very friendly and helpful

One thing about the spa and the staff I already declared this to the manager there that one lady working there wasn’t professional enough in dealing with customers she spoke in a manner that was acceptable to me and he did apologized to us that is the only thing negative in the whole trip

We loved the service. We were taken care of in every possible way - by waiters at restaurants and bar, by cleaners, porters, staff at the spa. Choice of food at the buffet was good, food quality was really good. The spa infrastructure is probably the best in Bakuriani.

the room was too tiny (rooms size on booking.com obviously includes the size of balcony) and lacked storage room - nowhere to hang coats, hats, towels etc. Safe deposit box was out of order. The gym is tiny and poorly equipped. It was very noisy from 10pm to 12am because of children running around the hotel and playing
