Property was super clean, with staff consistently being helpful when something was needed. The bar area was highlight #1. Such a artsy place, with balanced alcoholic craft cocktail. I also tried some of their hot alcoholic drinks and was amazed at how balanced those can apparently be. The room was clean, and maintained with necessities provided. Their cleaning lady was very sweet and helpful when I asked for a pair of slippers. Very artsy and homey property/

Honestly, I loved everything. It is snowy so the entrance was a tiny bit slippery, but the staff ended up cleaning it the next day so it was solved.

The food was delicious! THE best chicken roulette I've ever had! Awesome craft cocktails. Two pillows per person, and they're so comfortable! Everything is clean and fresh. Staff is super nice and friendly. Plus, the place is pet friendly, so my kid was welcome too 😂

This is a lovely 3 floor boutique hotel, located near the Didveli ski slopes. The interior corresponds to the photos presented and stands out for the interesting design in the hall and other common rooms (bar, dining room) which unfortunately did not work when I arrived (hotel's catering service decided was stopped before the end of the season). The apartment was small with a king-size bed as I requested. The bathroom had a small bathtub, which can accommodate only half of the body (sitting option). Staff very friendly and responsive.

It was chilly in the apartment (Feb time) The parking could not accommodate all the guests' cars due to not being cleaned from snow

The hotel is honestly great! The team was welcoming from the start and even helped me with my luggage, which I really appreciated 🙌. Breakfast was good and gave a nice start to the day, and the cleanliness in the room was spot on everything felt tidy. There’s no AC, but honestly with the outside temperature, the room stayed perfectly comfortable. Overall, a really good stay and definitely worth recommending!

I liked that there is a dryer.. it helped us alot with our wet clothes after skiing. Loved Nata and Rezo .. very helpful staff Location is exactly in the middle of two ski location ..not walking but 5 to 6 min by taxi each It is not in the middle of ski area

Bathroom is tiny!!! Not comfortable and the fact that there is no elevator if you have kids and luggage

I liked the location, the staff and breakfasts. All of these were at the top level.

Rooms are very tiny and during 8 nights stay low water pressure in shower was like 6 evenings. Most likely it is not related to the hotel itself, but to the water supply system in the whole village.

The Hotel is near the Crystan ski resort by car and the room was a little bit small if you have a lot of stuff but is enough for me also, bed was comfort and clean, breakfast also good and tasty and stuff very helpfull, there is parking space if you traveling by car
