Rooms are clean and warm, no problems with the hot water, the location is quite good. We had a breakfast on Sunday and it was also quite good

We came to spend a weekend in Borjomi and we planned to attend Spa-centre and sauna, but first of all can you imagine that Spa on Saturday is working till 15.00 and on Sunday till 14.00, the swimming pool till 18.00. All good procedures in the Spa were occupied, we didn't have a chance to attend anything during this two day. Not sure, probably you need to book all procedure while booking a room, coz otherwise in weekend you won't attend Spa at

The room was large and clean. The breakfast was fine, they gave us free excellent dinner. Nice 2 pools. Big hotel with bar and many nice sitting areas. Huge bad.

The spa was separated for men and women. Slight climbing from city center. .

Wow what a place. We got half pension instead of breakfast only. We did many treatments and the place was clean and nice. One of the best we had in Georgia. Great bed, amazing shower.

I have never met such a friendly hotel staff before; exceptional views over the mountains and the town from balconies; everything was clean; Loads of food for breakfast.

Bed was a bit hard for me.

I would like to suggest the hotel to think about quantity of plastic! it is not good for environment! there are too much of them, plastic cups near fountain, bottled water during breakfast, dinner and lunch as well as water in plastic bottles in the room. borjomi is so wonderful place which is polluted by plastic. maybe to think about branded bottle which you can give to every guest…

November is not a best time to visit Borjomi, but I am very happy to chose that hotel... My plan was to chose hotel where ii could do some acivities if there wpuld be a bed weather... Location nice, staf nice... for that price it was nice included very nive breakfast, indoor swiming pool, Gym and tennis table... for evening restaurant in 5th floor... Thank you for hosting... And my recomendations for future guests...

A historical hotel with a bright atmosphere, professional and friendly staff, delicious food, a beautiful view, garden and birds were singing every morning.

It's an amazing resort - very good food, a lot of activities, quite central and a bit special in its own way. We enjoyed our stay very much.
