I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful, situated in a great area that made getting around easy and enjoyable. The staff were always cheerful, helpful, and welcoming — every request I made was handled promptly and professionally. The hotel is also very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a royal suite, which added a special touch to the experience. What stood out most was the hotel's traditional and heritage-inspired design, giving the place a unique charm and authentic atmosphere. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay with a cultural touch

Areas for improvement: 1. The breakfast was basic, and could benefit from more variety and options. There is no elevator (lift) in the hotel, which could be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. But to be honest, the crew carries the bags to the room.

Beautiful old heritage house with a gorgeous courtyard for eating morning breakfast and having a drink! In a very high footfall tourist area immediately next to the stunning Central Park but had zero noise concerns and the internal courtyard was a lovely reprieve from the bustle of the street. Lovely having a room with light from two sides and waking up to the dappled light coming through the trees. Staff were super friendly and accommodating :-) fantastic breakfast spread as well with a mix of Georgian and European options - of course we had Georgian which was great!

Perfect location, shop restaurants everything is close to hotel. I really enjoyed spa service(jacuzzi, sauna, steam sauna)they were on top. Breakfast was average (just okay), our stay would not be that good if not stuff, special thanks to receptionist, lady she was very attentive and helpful, she is keeping service for sure, bar boys also were very polite. They even let us borrow some cups and plates. Room cleaning service is available as well.

Everything was okay, just a little disappointed that first day jacuzzi was not working but receptionist promptly actioned and day after it was working. We got there late, so i think the technician was not working anymore. A bit hot in the room itself, but it depends on a person i guess, for my friend it was okay.

I recently stayed at Golden Tulip, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. While the hotel itself is stunning – a beautifully preserved historic building with modern comforts, a fantastic spa, and what might be the best omelette I’ve ever had – what truly made my stay unforgettable was the staff. During my trip, my rental car developed an oil leak, and I was initially at a loss. But the hotel staff immediately stepped in to help. They arranged a truck to transport the car to a garage in a larger town nearby, and the security guard personally helped coordinate with the rental company. Not only that, he came with me on the 35+ km trip to the garage and stayed to ensure everything was sorted and the car was fixed properly. This level of care and support goes far beyond what I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The famous Georgian hospitality at its best. Highly recommended.

Good for a night if you're curious about Borjomi. Its probably the most interesting building in Borjomi and a great effort has been made to keep as many original elements as possible. Spa facilities were great, you book the whole complex: small spa pool and two saunas for an hour at a time during which you have exclusive use of the area.

Rooms were quite dark. The hotel needs repairs, eg. the deck which should be a featutof the building is deteriorating badly in places. Cracked tiles and dodgy wiring in the bathroom also needs some work.

It is a beautiful hotel in the center of Borjomi. Great location for tourist near every attractions and restaurants and it gets less crowded and more peaceful at night after all the tours are gone. The exterior and interior gives me a homey vibes. The room is clean cozy and warm, good for a freezing weather outside. Bed is comfortable and the best part is they provided a lot of pillows which I love! The breakfast is good but I hope it will get better next time. And most importantly the staff, they are the best! Especially the reception she is so adorable and helpful she even helps me booked a ride to Bakuriani. Overall experience, highly recommended and surely i will stay here again the next time I visit Borjomi.

It is a historic building and looks beautiful. The rooms have an old school look but in a positive way. It is close borjomi park. Our highlights were the daily spa sessions including sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. We also loved the breakfast. We had read that it was bad but we could not confirm it. We also spend NYE here. The staff was very attentive and left some small traditional Georgian bites in our room which was a small but welcomed gesture.

One night the streets dogs' barking woke us up. But this has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, and all the areas, including the rooms, buffet area, and spa zone, have a unique and authentic charm. Breakfast was quite good, featuring local cheese, pastries, and fruits. The lady administrator was very helpful and attentive. She assisted us with parking, and I even received a birthday gift. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The hotel is located right at the entrance to the central park, so it’s quite noisy during the day. In the evening, it was fine and didn’t disturb our sleep.

Authentic hotel, wonderful place, it is near entrance to Borjomi park. Very helpful and friendly staff, amazing selection for breakfast, free entrance to Spa (jacuzzi, sauna and steam sauna). We have spent there only 1 night but can tell only best words about the people that work there. Room had a very spacious bathroom, well equiped and renewed. Also, amenities for your convenience, such as vanity kit, shampoo, conditioner, soap, even body lotion. Definitely worth the money spent.

Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

I loved that the hotel is at the end of the main street, therefore fairly quiet, but also next to a big free car park and entrance to the National Park and funicular. The hotel is so beautiful with many features retained from the times it used to be a residence for Iranian diplomats. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly - Eliso has welcomed me and even kindly showed the suite with the mirror mosaic balcony seen from the outside. There was a gentleman in reception in the evening - also very kind and polite, but unfortunately I didn't get to ask his name. There is no lift due to it being a national heritage/ listed building,, but my luggage was carried upstairs for me so not an issue at all. However those with mobility issues may want to ask for a room on the ground floor. A private 1hr spa session was included and it's open till late, so got to enjoy it right before bed time without anyone else around. All in all - a very enjoyable stay, I just wish I could have stayed longer...
