Perfect location, shop restaurants everything is close to hotel. I really enjoyed spa service(jacuzzi, sauna, steam sauna)they were on top. Breakfast was average (just okay), our stay would not be that good if not stuff, special thanks to receptionist, lady she was very attentive and helpful, she is keeping service for sure, bar boys also were very polite. They even let us borrow some cups and plates. Room cleaning service is available as well.

Everything was okay, just a little disappointed that first day jacuzzi was not working but receptionist promptly actioned and day after it was working. We got there late, so i think the technician was not working anymore. A bit hot in the room itself, but it depends on a person i guess, for my friend it was okay.

Good for a night if you're curious about Borjomi. Its probably the most interesting building in Borjomi and a great effort has been made to keep as many original elements as possible. Spa facilities were great, you book the whole complex: small spa pool and two saunas for an hour at a time during which you have exclusive use of the area.

Rooms were quite dark. The hotel needs repairs, eg. the deck which should be a featutof the building is deteriorating badly in places. Cracked tiles and dodgy wiring in the bathroom also needs some work.

It is a beautiful hotel in the center of Borjomi. Great location for tourist near every attractions and restaurants and it gets less crowded and more peaceful at night after all the tours are gone. The exterior and interior gives me a homey vibes. The room is clean cozy and warm, good for a freezing weather outside. Bed is comfortable and the best part is they provided a lot of pillows which I love! The breakfast is good but I hope it will get better next time. And most importantly the staff, they are the best! Especially the reception she is so adorable and helpful she even helps me booked a ride to Bakuriani. Overall experience, highly recommended and surely i will stay here again the next time I visit Borjomi.

It is a historic building and looks beautiful. The rooms have an old school look but in a positive way. It is close borjomi park. Our highlights were the daily spa sessions including sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. We also loved the breakfast. We had read that it was bad but we could not confirm it. We also spend NYE here. The staff was very attentive and left some small traditional Georgian bites in our room which was a small but welcomed gesture.

One night the streets dogs' barking woke us up. But this has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, and all the areas, including the rooms, buffet area, and spa zone, have a unique and authentic charm. Breakfast was quite good, featuring local cheese, pastries, and fruits. The lady administrator was very helpful and attentive. She assisted us with parking, and I even received a birthday gift. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The hotel is located right at the entrance to the central park, so it’s quite noisy during the day. In the evening, it was fine and didn’t disturb our sleep.

Authentic hotel, wonderful place, it is near entrance to Borjomi park. Very helpful and friendly staff, amazing selection for breakfast, free entrance to Spa (jacuzzi, sauna and steam sauna). We have spent there only 1 night but can tell only best words about the people that work there. Room had a very spacious bathroom, well equiped and renewed. Also, amenities for your convenience, such as vanity kit, shampoo, conditioner, soap, even body lotion. Definitely worth the money spent.

The hotel has a perfect location. Stuff is very friendly, mostly the lady at the reception. Breakfast is nice. Room is clean. Spa is very good, mostly the jacuzzi.

The lady at the reception was very kind. I stayed at the hotel for the weekend and she was the only person I could see at the reception. I’m not sure she slept at night. It was unpleasant to me to see her doing the duties that were not her obligation: fixing remote control, bringing us forgotten objects at the spa. I appreciate her effort but I’m rather angry about the administration. I think they are saving money on her behalf as a result of a modern slavery …

I loved that the hotel is at the end of the main street, therefore fairly quiet, but also next to a big free car park and entrance to the National Park and funicular. The hotel is so beautiful with many features retained from the times it used to be a residence for Iranian diplomats. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly - Eliso has welcomed me and even kindly showed the suite with the mirror mosaic balcony seen from the outside. There was a gentleman in reception in the evening - also very kind and polite, but unfortunately I didn't get to ask his name. There is no lift due to it being a national heritage/ listed building,, but my luggage was carried upstairs for me so not an issue at all. However those with mobility issues may want to ask for a room on the ground floor. A private 1hr spa session was included and it's open till late, so got to enjoy it right before bed time without anyone else around. All in all - a very enjoyable stay, I just wish I could have stayed longer...

We stayed in Room 301 on the third floor with the view to the Borjomi park entrance. The room had a very comfy bed and the right amount of heating that could be turned off or regulated under the flap. The walkway was a shared balcony, another lovely view to look at. The bath n toiletries were lovely, very clean with bathrobes, slippers n all amenities. Throughout the stay, there was good service and communication, an efficient check-in, and they showed us around the property at check out so we could discover the suite upstairs. Parking is free everywhere on the streets, but you may need to pay tips for unofficial parking wardens, please ask at the hotel.. The hotel has small parking in the garden. There is an Iron and laundry room downstairs. But an iron and board were given in the room too.You can request extra amenities like razor, shaving cream, etc. TV instructions were given properly, and HDMI worked so one can watch YouTube n Prime. Another highlight was the spa access we had once daily included with the room steam, sauna, jacuzzi , bucket shower - we loved it!! Stunning breakfast room (instaworthy!)

Breakfast was the only downside of this property. On the first day, we had alacarte breakfast. Water was available, teas n coffees you can dispense yourself. It was very average. We had a buffet breakfast the next day. It was also unimpressive with the quality n service. Some important points - We were on the 3rd floor, and there is no lift and must access stairs as heritage property, so please check with mobility issues. We couldn't find the fitness centre as mentioned though we looked for it.

Step back in time to the 19th century and enjoy a night or two in the renovated iranian consulate's suite. The stunning, adjoining terrace will leave you speechless as you sip your afternoon tea.. Remember to book your hour in the stylish spa!

The hotel was located near the central park of Borjomi but the main street is fairly trafficated. Plan day trips from Borjomi (f.ex. Vardzia). Hiking trails were not easily found.
