The location is perfect right near Borjomi central park. In the hotel there is a restaurant with good tasty food that allowed us eat and relax after a long hike in the mountains without going far and seeking for food. The receptionist is nice and polite, had no any issues. The room is fine with a balcony and a view on the river. Had plenty of parking for our rented car, maybe that's because it was not tourism season. I think this Hotel is a good value for the money, I was very satisfied with our choice and I'm confident that we will return to this hotel if we will visit Borjomi again.

In case you have heavy baggage, be aware that there is no elevator (was not an issue for us but may be an issue for some).

Best location and right opposite to the river. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, as I travelled with my family made a request for a bigger room and they did it immediately. Very spacious balcony with stunning views.

Everything thing, the staff were very friendly and professional.. With nice smile made everything looks easy and soft. The breakfast was wonderful, the taste, the way it was served and the show of the buffet.. Perfect

The location is excellent, and the hotel has a clean, new feel. Breakfast was delicious--best cottage cheese pancakes I had in Georgia--and simply an absurd amount of food. I also really appreciated that the folks at the front desk helped me arrange a taxi to Bakuriani for what I think was a fair price (40 lari). Internet didn't get good reviews but I was able to do a Zoom call with the U.S. no problem. Bed was comfy. Would definitely consider staying again.

The rooms were lacking some basic features--the biggest being a free outlet into which one can plug one's computer and phone. I had to unplug a lamp to get a charge. No way to control the heat in the room and, bizarrely, no place to hang toilet paper and limited places to hang a towel. Because it's just off the main drag, there was a bit of street noise--conversely, standing on the balcony was a nice way to take in the city. Also, note that there's only instant coffee available.

We absolutely loved the waiter and the food at the hotel restaurant!! Beds and duvets were comfy! Location is good. Very close to the "national park" entrance. However, be aware: If you are interested in nature and hiking, this is not where to go. It is rather a quite horrible amusement park. The region is gorgeous. But for a day hike start elsewhere. (I think Likani. Not sure. Did not go. Did not have the time. Borjomi was our last stop.)

A lot of barking dogs all through the night. Even though we had the windows closed this was annoying. Obviously not the hotels fault. Might be similar all over Borjomi. Plus: the hotel itself is very loud and poorly soundproofed. The hallway does not have carpet but tiles. So you

Location was great! Right on main street and near park, but set back so not loud. Staff super friendly and gave us a large room. We were there off-season, so generally it was quiet. We had two balconies and view/sounds of river very nice. Breakfast was terrific!

Many have mentioned, no shelf space in bathroom/shower and no ledge or shower curtain resulting in wet bathroom floor. Also, it seems that a bit of mold might be growing in the bathroom . . . We were disappointed that the restaurant/wine bar was not open and this was not communicated in the description/communication with the hotel. It was the main reason we chose this hotel and it would have been a nice courtesy to at least tell us that during our stay it would be closed (because in between seasons).
