სასტუმროში ვიყავით 3 დღით, ყველაზე მეტად აუზი მოგვეწონა (მგონი სტაფმაც კი გაიგო). საუზმე იყო გემრიელი, კარგი არჩევანიც ჰქონდათ. სასტუმროს რესტორანსაც ვეწვიეთ და უგემრიელესი კერძები აქვთ, თან ამ ყველაფერს ერთი ახალგაზრდა ადამიანი ამზადებს. დაბადების დღეც მანდ აღვნიშნე და ძალიან მშვილად და კომფორტულად გავატარე დრო. მომსახურე პერსონალიდან ყველა ძალიან მეგობრული იყო, განსაკუთრებით აკაკი, რომელიც ახალგაზრდა, მაგრამ თავისი საქმის პროფესიონალი და გულკეთილი ადამიანია. ოთახი კომფორტული, სუფთა და მოწესრიგებული იყო.

- smooth checkin by very courteous Salomi - very pleasing and helpful staff like Sali in the restaurant - warm pool - clean - breakfast was good albeit the spread was small and repetitive - two markers nearby

- the hotel looked quite different from the pictures, looked run down - no air conditioning that made the sleep warm which we didn’t personally prefer - pool is quite small, slightly bigger than a plunge pool - The hotel was published as a five star on the booking.com portal, as a veteran hospitality professional, it’s not more than three stars - laundry very expensive for this hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sapphire Bakuriani Hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The location is fantastic, in a quiet part of Bakuriani yet still within easy reach of the ski slopes. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible dining experience at the hotel’s on-site Italian restaurant. The food was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better combo of comfort, great service, and amazing meals. it definitely made my stay memorable!

The location was good...Walking distance to the center of the village of Bakuraini. We had a "family suite" which was perfect for us. The suite was actually two rooms at the end of the hall, separated off from the rest of the rooms by a door in the hallway. This meant the kids had their own room and bathroom, which they loved. My favorite thing was the jacuzzi and the sauna! Was great to spend time hanging out there while it was snowing. The breakfast was acceptable. George at reception was very helpful and friendly. Both of our rooms had lovely views.

Some of the staff, especially the porter, didn't have very good English skills, and communication was sometimes difficult.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, Italian restaurant exceeded our expectations, each dish was very delicious. Breakfast was very good, with a great variety each day. one of the highlights of our stay was the thermal pool, it’s a very relaxing experience that we highly recommend. My friend and I had a very good time, definitely will be returning!

Location was good. Natia was very helpful, was in touch with all the issues and was trying to help. She helped us with cancelation too, although it was non-refundable. From other staff, I would mention Georgi. Breakfast was also good.

New Year dinner was awful. Seems like restaurant was just not set up for all the operations. Maybe it was because it was holiday season. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, as mentioned.

Very good good specially the girl in reception salumah and andreh very helpful they speak english not like other hotels and they have cuties slimy faces we booked for 1 day and we loved it to the point that we added 1 day they are the best

Its very good hotel for muslem specially having the fisher in bathroom

I recently stayed at Sapphire Bakuriani and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was convenient, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The dining options were excellent, and I felt I got great value for my money. I highly recommend Sapphire hotel to anyone visiting Bakuriani. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The room was very cozy and breakfast was very tasty with a lot of different food. The room is definitely better than in crystal hotel

All the floor in the room is covered with carpet and it's rather dirty because of the people that don't take the shoes off in the room

clean and spacious Hotel. Amazing breakfast (a lot of food and good too). I even got a call in the room that breakfast was ready. good hot shower (best shower I had in 2 weeks). Nice mountain view only revealed itself the next morning, after clouds had moved on. Good WIFI and comfy bed. Parking right outside the Hotel.

Most of staff were super friendly (except for one guy at reception who came across a bit cold), There is no food/eating (or cooking) allowed in rooms. I get the no cooking part (they must have had very unpleasant experiences) , but not eating goes a bit far (defeats room service and a nice relaxed evening in the room, watching a movie and snacking). Warning signs at reception (yes, they will even FINE guests who they catch doing it...) makes you feel like a criminal or at the very least not very welcome. Hotel has a lounge and bar (that at times has live music and can be noisy).
