The stay was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet, which made for a good night’s sleep throughout our visit. Cleanliness was excellent, both in the rooms and common areas. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and attentive, responding quickly to any requests and leaving a very positive impression of the service.

The Guest house is a friendly person. The room is big, clean and comfortable. There is AC ans parking area. The place is surrounded by mountains and forests

we expect that the breakfasts is included in the booking but it was not.

It was a pleasant experience. All the facilities were clean and comfortable, especially the reception staff. They were very friendly, kind and helpful. It was a beautiful stay and a wonderful hotel. I advise everyone who comes to Borjomi to book at the hotel. It is wonderful

The room are pretty cheap and had everything it promised

A pack of barking wild dog was blocking the main street leading to the entrance ! I had to use the backdoor to get in

It was so clean and had a parking spot. Hotel stuff were friendly but not many people speak english in here.

They did not provide any drinks.

the staff, the room, the service, they provided everything with the room more blankets, hairdryer all these type of things.

the location, the breakfast, some of the blankets had a bad smell
