The location and the views were great and we liked the design of the hotel. The staff was exceptional, both the receptionists and the waiters were very friendly and welcoming. I only wish they would stop shooing the cat, it leaves such a bad impression. The grey cat is a really wonderful addition to the hotel staff, we absolutely loved him. We were also very grateful for an upgrade of our room. We got a duplex with a spacious terrace and comfy beds. The room was very clean and had many amenities. There was no kettle and although we were ready to order tea from the restaurant the staff kindly provided us with a kettle and some tea bags. The breakfast was nice but I was surprised there was no cereal.

Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed for repair works and we were not informed about it prior to our arrival. It was a disappointment because we booked the hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool. It was cool and very windy outside so we could only quickly swim in the outdoor pool for 5 minutes and then had to run to our room to get a hot shower. There is no shower or sauna available near the outdoor pool. Also the men doing construction works abandoned their jobs to watch me and my daughter enter the pool. It was very uncomfortable.

Excellent service: the receptionist was especially polite and professional. We got a free upgrade to the suite which was superb. The restaurant team could use more professional and English speaking staff: someone made a mistake with our order (we ordered a vegetarian meal and got meat instead), the issue was that the waiter insisted that the meal is what we ordered, until we proven otherwise

Excellent and friendly stuff, clean and comfortable room and balcony with beautiful view of mountains.

A tiny indoor pool, fit only for two people swimming simultaneously, would be uncomfortable with more than 3 people in the pool. It was tight. It was a great place, but I believe it is slightly overrated and did not match my 5-star expectations, which can be subjective!

Location is great, beautiful views and fresh air around. Breakfast is great and overall their kitchen is really good. We liked everything that we ordered. Staff is super polite and friendly, hotel is clean and comfortable.

The water in outside swimming pool was super cold :( we couldn’t enjoy at all, also would be nice to add some more sunbeds. Sauna is not included in price, which is kind of weird since we haven’t come across that kind of case in other hotels.

Breakfast was good. There is a huge kids playground outside (rare in Georgia) and a small playroom near the inner pool. Big comfort room, with paying attention to details (for example - Italian shampoos), great view from rooms.

It was lots of people on Saturday evening in the inner pool, luckily we had time to swim earlier.

Great location, beautiful scenary surrounding hotel. Great for kids- large playground and play room. Clean rooms- large and comfortable. We loved the style and ambiance. Small pool but nice.

No gym. Parts of the hotel were not accommodating for strollers - no elevator- but manageable.

Staff are welcoming, Place is private and spacious with excellent views. The resort is simple, it is not luxurious as it looks in the pictures, however it was convenient and comfy. The breakfast is delicious.

Exceptional breakfast and great location. The hotel is amazing and offers various entertainment for quite and peacful leisure. The territory of the hotel is also huge and you can indulge in nature

Wish I could've stayed more

Everything was fantastic. Food, service, facilities, highly recommended for short trips. but the main thing - S T A F F. Super friendly, polite, helpful, nice, kind and lovely. 10+++++++++++++++ for all of them.

Mini bar is a bit expensive but thats not a huge deal

The hotel is a real Georgian gem. The stunning view, quiet, cozy and classy. The space is organised such that guests didn’t interfere each other. Great breakfast and restaurant itself is very nice. Amazing staff. Highly recommended!
