The food was good. Most of the dinning room staffs were friendly and attentive especially Andrew. The bartenders were on par. The entertainment crew was good.

Few of the dinning room staffs tend to forget that they were there to serve and attend to the guest no matter how the guest look. White or black. The fact that one can afford to be a guest, means they should be treated thus. Water on the table, tables clean, offer to get the guest a drink.

We loved that that We were treated good, booking in was unccomplicated. there were some staff that remembered us, my husband had his favorite drink I had my breakfast I loved even though it was only once during our stay. , was happy that there was a wide selection of meal, and drinks, we was hydrated (must say that exercise class at 11am in the water was exceptionally fun got to interaction with the other guests, game with the staffs and the other guest was fun, question time was good, there was disco 🕺 did that once. wish it was publicise more, more 70,80,90,music,thanks for our anniversary stay.

Where we were given our room, food wernt not hot enough, spices, entertainment staff didn't sit with us I missed and have there lunches like before missed that, makes me feel and informed what going on information

Well I must say the room that I chose, reserved, then booked from booking.com was not the same I was given..and I had to pay more money to be upgraded. Which I did not budget for am so, so, soooo!! Disappointed to describe the room i was given....I would say am most disappointed ☹️😠😒 Been coming to this location every year as i get my vacation and that room upstairs they gave meI think the courtyard it was omg!! I could hear a baby crying that gave me an headache instantly...I felt like was place inna big yard settings just a door apart. Nope not doing this next year all things been equal.

The repeated menu The Friday night entertainment sucks. The Saturday night entertainment was great but too short not all of us like clubbing after. The waiter that was unpleasant like he hates his job, he also burned my friend on his hand while pouring coffee. And room service didnt change our towels and take out the dirty ones. My friends that were booked in R1 didnt get their room cleaned they also had to use the same towels from Friday to Sunday...now that is horrible because i invited them to come down to decameron they say they are not coming back which is so sad.

The entertainment team was exceptional. The welcome team and front desk teams were really kool. The room was lovely. Just hated the stairs. I missed the Jamaican food experience and will ensure to be be there longer to get it. I loved the quiet pool settings right smack in the middle of a lush garden, The bartender was really commodating and helped with tour suggestions.

Club Caribbean seems to be growing. There were some servers that made the stay a bit out wack during their interactions with us. This however did not deter out time from being really great. Another thing that could be changed or improved on it the look coming into the hotel.

Food was relatively adequate during all mealtimes, however, there could be a wider variety. There was definitely improvement in the food presentation, as the containers were covered, and there was less fly nuisance. The room and balcony were quite relaxing.

In the dining room, some waiters/waitresses ignore some guests waiting for cutlery and appears to be very eager to attend to some other guests, even though those other guests arrive in the dining area after. Oftentimes the dining tables are not cleared in a reasonable time so that they can be occupied by arrival of guests.

The staff and beach!!! Great entertainment also. For the money you can’t beat it! Good vibes 🌴👍🏻🥥🍹

The plumbing is old. Needs upgrades. I would like them to start a fundraiser for neutering, cats, and dogs! It’s needed. FYI one cat can make up to 300 🐈‍⬛ and get pregnant at 3 months. I vote you start a change. Be that resort that starts change. Idea a lot of guests talking about the problem. I would be the first to donate 🐈‍⬛🐈🐈‍⬛

I like the Hut settings instead of regular rooms .. i love the service at the front desk.. Darren was execellent. And Kavaughn the server at the Jasmine restaurant, Sheree at Entertainment and Kim at dining room Sophine at guess services and Yanique Miller at house keeping.. made our stay enjoable...And the peace and tranquil of the resort.

The food selection could be better .. not much options for meat .. no lobster no shrimp.. not much desert options either.. the same thing for breakfast lunch and dinner, no cheese cake.. macaroons, no coconut cake .. desert line was terrible... Entertainment in the day was not a exciting as i know it to be, except for the saturday when we were about to check out... most bar and dining room staff overlooked us when we came to order drinks or to get a table, to serve the caucasions.
