Easy walk from the train station, shopping district, affordable restaurants, and a coin laundromat with powerful dryers. Built in a 2-story loft style, was very spacious, with more than enough room for 4 adult travelers + luggage. The free WiFi was excellent. The full kitchen--with fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot pot, rice cooker, coffee maker, pots, dishes, & scissors--made it easy for us to prepare meals, snacks, & hot drinks. The traditional shower/bath combo, modern toilet, and washing machine made our 5-day stay feasible. We had to learn how and remember to turn on the hot water each time before using the tub/shower. When it rained, we were able to use umbrellas stored in the foyer. The fluffy futons made sleeping in the tatami rooms extra cozy!

Oddly, the kitchen had spoons, knives, & chopsticks, but no forks. We also found no clothespins to use on the terrace laundry pole.

Extremely spacious property, more rooms than we realised. Well stocked kitchen and coffee making facilities (if you bring your own beans/coffee). Really good WiFi. Convenient, easy parking. Lovely location for Omihachiman.

There was mould on the air con unit in the tatami room, or it was quite dirty. There was a lovely family room upstairs with a rug and TV, but nowhere to sit except on the floor. It would have been nice to have a sofa somewhere to relax, but overall a wonderful stay, thank you!

We booked the entire place and it was so lovely. The hosts have thought of everything- there was even toys for the kids. Beautiful and warm in winter and very spacious. Kitchen has everything you might need and the washing machine and dryer were a bonus. Accommodation was also very clean.

Nearest at all departments store and transportation also its nearby biwako lake terrace and beaches. The linen is clean And most i like is pet is okay

The heater at the bedrooms are not working. It is dirty and full of dust. We (3 persons)need to sleep at the sitting room where is the only heater works properly in the property.
