We were initially very sceptical as we were a group of 8 ladies. However, all of us were so pleased with the facilities, the rooms, the cleanliness and staff. The best part was the buffet breakfast with a wide spread of eatables. We had lunch and dinner too. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. We felt very safe and the hotel is bang on the main road. The staff was extremely cooperative and took good care. I would recommend friends and family to choose this hotel and enjoy their stay.

Neat clean, very helping and sweet staff. Parking availability and helpful guard. The property while a bit far from White town, is on the main road and closer to Auroville. If you have your own vehicle, this shouldn’t be a problem. Value for money. They kept sweet treats like donuts croissants etc for us in the room as a welcome.

The breakfast options were oily, however it wasn’t bad. I didn’t mind it but there’s scope of improvement. They can include curtains/blinds in the terrace as it gets really hot after 8. The water in bathroom was dirty (brown) the last two days of the visit

The hotel was clean, staff was very courteous, room was comfortable. The breakfast I would say was ok but for the price that I got the booking I wouldn't complain. It does live up to the standards of a 3-star hotel.

The food we ordered in the room was not that good. Breakfast can have a few more continental options rather than only south indian. There were no good channels available to watch on the TV when we wanted to as the dth was not recharged with any pack.

Everything. Staff are very professional. Easy check in/out. Breakfast are really good . They tailor my stay to my needs even helping me with t.v channels . I love the balcony and all the views from various windows . Exceeded expectations when they brought complimentary coffee one day, delicious pizza another and a cold bottle of water for the road when I left. Refrigerator in room and excellent working a/c are definitely appreciated. Good hygiene. Above all, I feel safe

Small issue w/ a sliding door that was attended to promptly and efficiently.

I initially booked a room near Eden Beach but canceled it due to the location and facilities. However, at White Pearl, everything was peaceful and perfect— from the food, service, and staff behavior to the parking. The front office staff were simply awesome. Being from the hospitality industry, I could tell the staff had received proper customer service training, and their attitude truly reflected a commitment to customer satisfaction.

I really couldn’t think of anything to dislike.

We checked in and got an upgraded room with balcony which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and the staff was helpful and very nice. The breakfast had limited options but was good. They have fixed timings for good but had a full day woodfire pizza available. The taste was simply awesome. They checked on cleaning the room on regular basis and the overall stay was great!

The bedsheet we could see some stains which could have been checked. The main lift was pretty small in size and my child seem to be worried to use it. We used the another life which was on the back which went directly to the parking at ground floor. The location is bit far from the city but it should have been a issue when you have private vehicle.

Amazing place or family stay. We travelled with our 1.5 year kid and must say it was the best place to stay.It has all five star facilities. The rooms are big and nice we stayed at room with balcony . Room, bathroom are sparkling clean. Hygiene is maintained very well. Food is awesome and authentic breakfast spread is really nice must try us their dal tadka,sambar and wood fir pizza which better than many famous cafes at pondy.just loved and enjoyed our stay at white pearl residency cherry on the cake was the staff at hotel is very welcoming affectionate makes u feel really comfortable all this is at a very economical price so highly recommended.

Nothing as such

I liked everything about this hotel, Good and polite staff, breakfast was very good, different breakfast everyday, each and every item they had were excellet. I have told at reception whenever I am going to pondicherry I would be staying at this place only.

Food, People, cleanliness, parking space breakfast helpful nature of staff they pay attention when u call the reception, and they resolve ur query if u ask for help.

Manager was very accommodating and provided us a good room on the top floor next to the dining area after we complained about the horrible experience we had in a hotel in Mahabalipuram. We were able to leave our luggage near the desk before check in. The room was spacious, clean, good lighting. Had a balcony. Bathroom was clean, good water pressure, hot water. Breakfast had a variety of dishes available. Of note, the beach is not walkable distance from this location. Per the front desk staff, can get to the beach in 600m if you walk through the slums which he did not recommend.

Everything. Great value for money and comfortable. Staff are great and attentive. Special callout to Rahman for helping us with various requests and to Raj and Mani for great service. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The Pizzas are absolutely wonderful! Must have! Its near Auroville beach and Auroville place so do visit those

Wifi was patchy. Can be more consistent Not a dislike but the property is a bit far from the town centre (with all the nice things to experience), so plan the trips carefully. Autos are not cheap. We chose to use a combination of car hire and autos.
