My son enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool a lot...

I think 7000 for the Majestic room is too high. For this price if we have a breakfast and lunch option then i think it's fine. In the Swimming pool the hotel is allowing external guest who are paying and using the pool. So the external guests are completely occupying the full pool for almost 2hrs. This is not only this time and earlier couple of years before are faced the same issue. We are paying 15k for two days and we don't have the leisure to use the pool for inhouse guest that too on a long weekend when we wanted to spend time as a family coming here to the hotel. I would suggest the hotel management not to allow external guests in weekends rather they can give an option atleast in the early morning hours.

People at the hotel are very friendly. One specific mention is Mr. Mari (sorry could not catch the full name) at the Restaurant. He is very proactive and friendly. Very customer focused. He guided and helped us with all the direction for onward journey to Kanchipuram and Chidambaram / Seerkazi Vaitheswaran Temple, etc. Arranged for the special breakfast so that we could leave at 6.30am. Special Thanks for him and his team at the Restaurant. Location is excellent and is near to almost all the attractions in Pondicherry.

Nothing as such. All were really good. This is a family hotel and suited well for tourists and family. One thing that could be improved is the price. Since we went in Dec, the price was high but it could be slightly reduced.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely. The breakfasts had a great selection of foods. The housekeeping was excellent. The swimming pool on the roof was a real bonus and had stunning views of the city. Couldn't fault it.

The swimming pool was so crowded as usual. Allowing people other than guests is the issue we are facing all the time while we come to Shenbaga. When it is a long weekend please give the swimming pool access only to the guests in future.

Hotel is just what you need after a day being out. It has amenities needed. It's a good value for money hotel and one staff member even spoke a bit of French.

The bathroom sink was overflowing. The pillows were too hard.

Room was big, overall stay was good. Breakfast buffet had too many options however, taste was not upto the mark. Also, may be it is old construction hence bathroom fittings & furniture is not that great.

While booking through app it was displayed that breakfast included with the cost but when we reached hotel staff told breakfast not included in the cost.

Nice location, convenient to reach the beach in 10 minutes by tuktuk. Enough parking space. Restaurant and food quality are likeable. Overall nice modern interior of not only the room, but overall.

we checked in with my Bulgarian friends on 27th afternoon. On that day the reception people were not smiling or welcoming. They were a bit harsh and we did not feel welcomed nicely.

Property need repairs. Washroom door knob not working. When AC is off there is rotten wood smell in room. Lack of smoking area.
