The hotel room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we required. All the hotel staff were very polite and courteous and helpful when required. The room was kept clean and tidy by Senil who was on hand to attend to any additional requirements. The buffet breakfast was also very good and waiting staff polite and helpful with food orders. Security guys at front entrance and reception team always greeted you welcomingly and we were made to feel comfortable and secure throughout our 5 day stay.

A rooftop terrace anf bar area to relax in sun or have a few drinks in the evening would have been good. The hotel bar on 1st floor is a bit dark and cold, we only went once.

The residency tower is definitely the only full scale hotel in the white town. It is modern. Staff is incredible. And everything is perfect for a stay. Its location is not exactly in the old town but in the shopping district which worked for us. Amazing breakfast

All was fine except cleaning can be better. The carpet in our room was not very clean. I know they are changing already in some floors. I hope they will remove all carpets in the entire hotel rooms. Also everything was spot clean yet around the toilet was not. I told the reception before leaving. When I came back my room was re-cleaned but not the toilet itself. Those details aren’t nice.

The staff are very attentive and proactively reached out throughout our stay to ask if we needed anything. If we requested things like more water, reservations, etc., the staff was very prompt and helpful. The spa facilities and pool are relaxing and affordable, the breakfast and restaurants are tasty with lots of variety. There was a live concert in the bar on Saturday night and the music was great. The game room was also fun, we played pool and golf and had a very nice time.

We had to change rooms because the call to prayer from the neighboring mosque is so loud that it woke us up at 5am. The room also did not smell good. The new room was very quiet and smelled good. Additionally, the food took a long time to arrive at the bar, but it was good when it arrived.

This hotel is beautiful, and the service that we received was exceptional.And each and every member of the staff is always smiling and providing the highest possible level of service to each and every guest. Going to return once more.The food selection for breakfast was really excellent.Breakfast was something that my children truly enjoyed eating.As someone who works in the hospitality industry in Singapore, I believe that the staff is doing an excellent job.And please accept my personal gratitude to each and every member of your hotel staff. kumar From Malaysia

This is without a doubt one of the top 3 hotels within the Pondicherry city limits. Especially if you don't want to stay in a heritage property using old furniture etc. The hotel is modern and has lovely amenities, the gym and pool stand out to be in excellent condition and very clean. The spa is good, albeit somewhat costly for the local prices. The thing that really sets this hotel apart, is the staff, we were extremely impressed with their helpfulness and ability to make things happen for us. Highly recommended for a pondy stay!

While the hotel and the amenities are excellent, the hotel is starting to show signs of aging, and a proper deep clean in bathrooms and carpets could go a long way. The rooms can be noisy if you are on the side of the mosque, which has its first call to prayer at 5.30 in the morning.

Great elegant hotel in a wonderful city. The staff is very attentive, they were really helpful all the time. The location is great. The room was impeccably clean. The hotel also arranged me with the private guide Mariappan, a very well educated gentleman with great knowledge of history and culture. Fantastic stay! I would like to come back really.

Got a very warm welcome and guidance during the stay. The in-house facilities were great. The themed restaurants were discovered late but were worth the little time we spent there. I enjoyed the ala-carte lunch from the options we chose.

The inhouse café' can be more outreaching pulling patrons sitting at the lounge area with some offers.

Location is in Anna Salai, close to shopping hubs, tourist attractions and Promenade Beach in the town. The Pavillion Restaurant in the hotel provides very good breakfast. There is also an indoor play area to relax.There was covered parking area in basement.

Spacious modern rooms. Excellent dinner and breakfast buffet with tasty food and large choice. Wonderful staff at reception. Lobby and Restaurant looked still new and fresh with pleasant cool air and nice fragrance. Rooms comfortable with lovely light options.

Rooms especially bathrooms could be cleaner. Bathroom fittings are on 3 star level and looked a bit old already. For light sleepers the hotel is not ideal as you hear the street noise despite soundproofing.
