Check-in was problem-free at the reception desk. We were given a large family room consisting of two rooms. The rooms were clean but poorly equipped. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of dishes. Large parking lot in the courtyard, although finding a space may be difficult if you arrive late. The building is currently undergoing renovation, and once completed, the deficiencies will likely be remedied.

There was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom. There were two TVs in the family room, but neither of them worked.

It has a nice restaurant. The atmosphere is very relax and visually pleasant to the eyes. The rooms have been modernize, mine being a single, the walk-in shower was large and the room of comfortable size. The parking is free and there is an elevator. WiFi worked well.

The pillow was a quite lumpy cotton filled thing. Not to be too high noised, it is of the type many hotels use.

The place has been nicely renovated, with touches of history left on display. Nice! The family room was great. At attic-level (converted to a normal floor) with opening roof windows. Breakfast was good and the restaurant had nice atmosphere. Also the outdoor space was great to sit in the evening and enjoy a beer or two.

Location is kind of middle of nowhere (small village), but not too far from an autobahn. The restaurant's toilets (in the basement) were not up to the level of the rest of the building.

This place was absolutely perfect! It is in a really nice small town that is in the perfect location to go do activities in the area. We were able to go to Weltenburg, Kelheim, and Regensburg and they are all within 30 minutes of the hotel. Our room was very clean and was the perfect size for the two of us. The food here was amazing! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and their dark beer was very tasty. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely character hotel with personality. Warm and comfortable. Simple, clean, tastefully decorated. Lots of high quality furniture and wooden floors. Bathroom very polished. Restaurant offers good value food. Burger and chips was excellent ! Gourmet burger and lovely chips. Friendly service all round.

Rather out in the boonies, but one can reach a small town with shops etc. within 10 minutes, in a car.

Good breakfast. Polite personal. We came on Sunday and after letting the accomodation that we come earlier than expected this was not problem and room key was available at reception on my name.

We came on Sunday and in location (small village) there was any possibility to go somewhere to eat. So you should sit in car and go to some of bigger cities near - for example Kelheim.

Arrived on a Ruhetag when the restaurant was closed, but luckily there was a group from the States and we could have dinner along with them. Thank you. The American quests gave us a concert in German countrified music. Great.

No problems, been here couple of times before, that´s why we came back

Good place for an overnight stop on the way somewhere. Clean, friendly staff, quiet.

Rooms are a little inconvenient in small details (eg was no place to hang up towels in the bathroom).

A wedding party was taking place in the hotel when we arrived. Even though their took the time to welcome us properly. The breakfast was excellent and the service helpful and friendly.
