Everything was great. The restaurant has delicious food and the room service was a nice treat and very quick. The breakfast was also great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has speakers on each floor and they sometimes play music which carries into the rooms. We asked them if they could turn it off and they did straight away, so only a minor thing.

The location of this hotel is near the station. We had driven down and there was a bit of a issue parking the car as the road outside the hotel is dug up and work is going on. The security made me park next to an under construction building and luckily no construction material fell on the car. The breakfast is pretty decent with poha, medu vada, dhokla, eggs (made to order), toast, fruits, juice and masala chai.

Our room had 2 windows and there was a wall outside so no view. I always like some natural light coming into the room but this was a disappointment.

The staff was very kind and very helpful. They made us feel home. The location is good for those who are traveling by train, because it’s close to the train station.

Great hotel. service was exceptional from Nehal - the receptionist- great behavior as well as the bus-boy who assisted with our needs.

Rooms need a bit of a touch up to look more modern. restaurant needs a revamp- quite small for breakfast and dinner.

Hot water for shower is not hot at all. Water flow is very slow.

Booking.com charged me Rs. 1000.00 more. for the same room, I extended for one more day, the hotel charged me 2500 including tax.
