The layout of the hotel and the restaurant is very nice. The staff was very friendly. The place is clean. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood with nice parks and restaurants can be found.

The swimming pool is not corresponded to the picture on the booking app. The massage person was not available during the time of staying :/

Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Couldn't get the air conditioner to work but I think that was down to me and not that it didn't work. Breakfast buffet every morning was lovely with plenty of options. It wasn't a problem for me but it is a bit of a way outside the city. Nearest tram stop is a 2km walk which I liked every morning.

we visited this place second time. What I would like to point out is that the room is very neat and clean: carpeting, floors, bed, furnishings. Any bed smells, clean bed sheets. Black out curtains to have a good sleep Very nice style of the hotel, is like you are staying in a cottage or some seaside Egypt hotel. Very good ventilation, modern plumbing in the bathroom, soap, shampoos are available. Adequate price for such a room.

Minuses are some lack of the towels (there were two of us, but only two small towels and one feet towel), but receptionist gave us one big towel at our request; lack of a shoehorn; little choice of dishes in the hotel restaurant, too expensive but I need to say delicious. And the final minus was a sandwich as an alternative for a breakfast as we were to leave early. Dear administrator, please take care about the bread which is very wet and like a glue, apparently it is not good at all. For visitors i would advise to have a breakfast, hope it is much better option.

It’s a little bit far from the center or the left bank of Dnipro river. But I’m a quiet neighborhood and with a mini garden inside, which I enjoyed a lot. Nice kind of a back yard for guests with a pool. And a delicious breakfast and dinner

WiFi was a little too slow for my video calls. But the quality of mobile internet network there helped with my work.

Incredible hotel of a very high standard. Helpful, English-speaking staff. Amazing breakfast. Not the absolutely cheapest place in Kyiv but you're getting so, so much for your money. I really can't think of any negatives.

The room was small, but enough space for one person

The staff is friendly. The rooms are warm and with comfortable beds. And the hotel has a generator, so the electricity and warmth are all the time.

The breakfast wasn't tasty. And there weren't big towels in two of the three rooms. The staff gave them after our asking.

The environment is clean and convenient to stay and also the staffs are responsive, good English and great energy, it’s really nice

Refrigerator is empty not a single water

Interior as well as exterior of the hotel. We really feel like in the center of Europe. Especial cudos to the Manager, who find the place to charge e-car.
