Good location, close to cyber city, i was upgraded to a bigger room so it was a good experience. Staff is helpful, breakfast is basic but tasty. wifi was good and cleanliness was also up to the mark

Only thing that they missed is providing toiletries in the room, like a basic shampoo, hair dryer, dental kit, was not in the room, it has to be called for.

The location is very good staff is very professional specially Mr. Khaki. the building of the hotel is well maintained. this was my second stay here perch arbor cyber city I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay there again.

The breakfast is good and the room is clean and well ventilated. There's a small kitchen in the room. Staff is nice and helpful. Everything is good here. Location is close to few big shopping malls.

The room was perfect for a short term stay.The location was extremely accommodating and had great made to order food. The staff will do whatever it takes and anything you need. I traveled alone and felt well cared for plus safe. I will stay there again and recommend any of the Perch locations for all travel purposes.

We have booked this listing twice now. It looks exactly like the images - neat and clean. Neighbourhood is nice. The staff is professional and accommodating. Their in-house kitchen was a plus for us. Food tastes good and is nicely served. Highly recommended for people looking for a quiet stay with the facilities of a decent hotel!

Lovely new property close to the airport. We had a big group and some of our family stayed here and others at the Perch property next door. We had a great time and thanks to the staff as well. I liked the while ambience and Room was nice and had lots of natural light too

Wonderful stay! Room was cozy and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Accessible to metro. Cleanliness well maintained. Room service was excellent. Food was good. Wi-Fi and hot water supply 24/7. I had a late night check in and also requested for a late check out which was obliged.

The manager was very generous and let me extend the checkout time as per my convenience. Overall it was value for money and location is really good

The staff was very co-operative and allowed us to provide early check-in since we have arrived way before time. Food was palattable and of good quality. Room were very clean and hygienic. Overall a comformatable and relaxing stay.
