Wow! What a fabulous apartment…in a beautiful old building with a stunning contemporary interior. We had the apartment with a large terrace overlooking the church which was really gorgeous…it was so much more than the described deluxe double room as we had a luxurious bedroom with a separate living room which had a kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge, dining table, chairs and sofa. Bed was really comfortable with lovely bed linen…we slept so well here. Christian was an exceptional host, we got the bus from Catania and he came to meet us at the bus stop and took us to the apartment. He was so very kind and helpful with everything that we needed, even helping us with our onward journey the next day. There were breakfast things available in the apartment but also a voucher for complimentary breakfast at a local cafe called Caprice, definitely worth going there, 10 minute walk and a lovely outside area to have your coffee and pastry…very popular. Apartment is well situated and very quiet at night when the church bells have stopped ringing, which wasn’t too late. It’s good value too.

Nothing to dislike, it was perfect.

we received a really friendly greeting from a very helpful caretaker. our room was a super spacious, sunlit and wonderfully appointed: a large comfortable bed with high quality bedlinen, the bathroom facilities were stylish. I loved the traditional tiles on the floor and excellent new but traditional style shutters which blocked the morning light well (not a given in all places). from our balcony we had a view of a piazza on one side & San Paolo church on the other. breakfast makings were provided on a table & milk & juice in the fridge. we also were given vouchers for café capriccio on the corso in the centre of town where the croissants were the best I've had in Sicily. we couldn't recommend this place more highly and enjoyed our stay in charming P. Acreide even more!

What an amazing experience! A hidden gem in Palazzolo Acreide, right in front of the Basilica of San Paolo. Spot clean, large room with a sitting area, fully equipped with Lavazza's "A Modo Mio" coffee machine, kettle and mini-fridge. Veri comfy bed. Self-service breakfast and/or afternoon tea is provided for in the room: Lavazza "A Modo Mio" coffee capsules, assorted teas, rusks, biscuits, mini Tartlets, Plum Cake, jam, fruit juices, soft drink, bottled water. En suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, good toiletries. The ancient but perfect floor is tiled with tiles, possibly dating back to the early 1900s! Free parking on a public road right in front of the house. Good WiFi. Last but not least, upon arrival the host hands over a free voucher for each guest to be redeemed at a famous Palazzolo's pastry shop. Highly recommend

This is a first rate place to stay in Piazzolo Acreide, a very attractive town that is well worth a visit. The accommodation is well positioned for access to all the sights. It is quite easy to find and our host was able to direct us to a free parking space nearby. The room and bathroom were perfect and spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortable. There are plenty of items for breakfast and coffee in the room but there are also vouchers to spend at a super caffe in the town. Highly recommended.

the apartment was amazing. Such a tasteful restoration of a beautiful building and the decor was simple and stylish. loved the location opposite the Duomo and that we had coffee and pastries BOTH in the apartment and at a lovely cafe where I had the best pistachio croissant ever. the owner of the apartment was so helpful and lovely. we had 2 big heavy electric bikes that had to be stored and charged indoors and he met us on arrival, carried my bike in and had brought in portable bike racks for us. we were treated to a musical performance on the steps of the duomo on our arrival from our beautiful extensive balcony directly opposite the duomo, scented with evening jasmine. (The local kids were putting on their school graduation concert. it was so adorable.) Slept like a log in the comfortable bed with lovely crisp white linen. Loved waking up to the special view and the chiming of the duomo clock. thank you for our fabulous stay.

Beautifully presented apartment with a separate bedroom and balcony overlooking the piazza and church. Good bathroom. Fridge, toaster and kettle with tea, coffee supplies, milk, juice, water, and supermarket pastries. Very generous. Free parking in the piazza. Ten minute walk up to the main piazza for most restaurants and bars and the patisserie to redeem breakfast vouchers. Beautiful baroque UNESCO town well worth a visit.

There was nothing to dislike.

Both rooms were very clean with a modern and functinal style (ac and heating available). Spacy and well equiped for an overnight stay or even longer period. Cristian was very friendly and helpful. He even provided us in addition to the breakfast included with vouchers to visit a bar in the old part of town. Parking is available directly besided the church without any time limitations and plenty of spaces available. We highly recommend Casa dei Giurati and are looking forward to staying there again, next time we are come to Palazzolo.

I loved the town, the Casa location, which is by a beautiful church, it was quite. the bed and bathroom were perfect, super comfortable.

Very spacious room, clean, big bathroom & balcony! View to the church & 10 minutes walk (good little stair climb!) up to main plaza. Good restaurant nearby if you don’t want walk up. Easy parking close by.

Very clean, nicely decorated apartment, modern fixtures, very comfortable bed, one of best we have stayed at on our 3 week Italy trip, up there with a top end hotel, we would highly recommend.
