We had a truly wonderful stay at here. The property is absolutely fantastic: the pool, the rooms, the kitchen, and the entire indoor & outdoor area were all beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The hosts were also amazing, super responsive, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. We felt really well taken care of. We loved our time here and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

Casa Balat by far exceeding my expectations on many levels! The photos on Booking.com look nice but in reality, the place is even nicer. Exquisitely decorated, very comfortable, all amenities we needed were available, very quiet neighborhood, lush green all around, beautiful outside area - so much so, that I will have to visit again when it's warm enough to swim in the beautiful pool!! The host was also very responsive and very helpful for anything we needed. Very highly recommended!!

Absolutely nothing!

Casa Balat was one of our most beautiful and remarkable places we stayed during our round trip through almost all regions of Sicily. The interior spectacular, furniture chosen diligently, wonderful beds, indoor- and outdoor kitchen huge, modern and with every amenity you could think of. Garden and pool are lovely: the pool recently renovated and in a perfect condition. Luca and Alina are perfect hosts. We highly recommend a stay of at least 2 or 3 nights to enjoy the place and the surroundings of Val di Noto.

Everything was even better than we expected. There was nothing we didn't like.

Very unique property, with so much thought and detail in every piece, warm, comfortable and had every thing we needed to cook and enjoy our time. Casa Balat is in a wonderful and peaceful location, a short 25min drive from Noto centre. Wish we could have stayed longer, will be back for sure!

Only the bathroom outside of the room was a little bit uncomfortable for us (we didn’t expect/know it)

Beautiful and serene in the countryside of Sicily.  the hosts helped us in organising fun activities, such as pasta making and yoga.

We slept very well in this house. And it’s not a rule in old houses. It has exellent ventilation. And it’s something You can’t see on beautiful photos. But in my opinion is very important. There is also very clean.

Design of Casa Balat is perfect. Private swimming pool and outside grill is very nice addition to this villa.

Hosts were very helpful with information about the area-including local points of interest and food options.

Perhaps one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed... and we've been to many places.
