Mama mía! Whilst the place was basic it was filled with love and care for its travellers. Excellent roof top balcony to while away a few hours relaxing and knitting . The host was so delightful and took great care to ensure we were comfortable. Many excellent recommendations for local restaurants. And then there was the breakfast ! All produce came from there farm. Local pastries , fruit , juice, eggs, nut’s, olives, did I mention the pastries, home made lemon jam . Scrumptious we rolled out and had no need to eat for a very long time. Highly recommend. Our host is very proud of her B&B and of the Sicilian culture and produce with good measure.

Faultless

Worth the stay for the breakfast alone with a large part of it prepared with items grown on Ambra's family farm. Aside from breakfast I have rarely encountered a host as warm, friendly, and helpful as Ambra. She has handouts full of all of the best attractions, restaurants, and where to find free parking in the baroque cities of southern Sicily. I had lost an important document between my last departure and arrival at the Villa. Not only did she make phone calls for me to try and track it down but Ambra even personally helped me search my car for it. The property itself is beautiful in a quiet part of town with great security even for parking.

There is nothing that could have improved upon my stay.

Felt like a home away from home with the most caring and kind person in Ambra going above and beyond to help make your journey special. The property is perfectly located, room with a stunning view over the city from the balcony, breakfast was exceptional with such detail and care to provide Sicilian local products and an explanation of everything. Then Ambra helped plot out our days with where to go, what to see, how to get there, parking etc. Everything was so much easier because of her. Couldn’t have asked for a more brilliant host and so grateful to have stayed here. Highly recommend!!!!

The B&B was very clean and had a secure private car park. The staff were very hospitable and gave us a small refreshment tray when we arrived. They also helped us book a restaurant and gave us lots of good advice about what to do in Noto and surrounding area. They also had a very nice terrace on the 3rd floor which we would have liked to use as it overlooked the old town. However we had gale force winds which made that impossible The breakfast was amazing with a great choice laid out on each table. Too much to eat all of it.

It takes about a 15min walk to get to the old town and there is quite a steep walk back. We were told where to park the car safely and free much closer to the old town to save walking in. However we benefitted by being in a quiet area.

The property was spacious, cool whilst hot outside. There was a large roof terrace with amazing views over the beautiful city of Noto. I slept very well as it was quiet and peaceful.

Although the property was near to the city it is on a hill which on the one hand allows fantastic views but could be challenging for guests with reduced mobility when walking back.

This is a very good stay in Noto if you are travelling by car. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It´s also in a neighborhood that is very easy to park your car and they also provide a secure parking once you had done your check-in. There are as well very good views from the terrace to Noto historical center. I also liked that is a true B&B experience.

The breakfast is a Sicilian style type of breakfast, with plenty of delicious pastries, jams and sweets. They were very high quality pastries and also delicious, but we tend to prefer breakfast with a bigger presence of eggs and cured meats. Might be awesome if a little bit more customization was possible, specially if one stays more than one day.

Ambra runs a clean and beautiful property in a quiet location just a short 10 min wslk to historic Noto. The young Irena at desk was superb and most helpful. You are greeted with a nice aperitivo and their local bites and the breakfast was superb, one of best I have ever had, plated and beautifully presented. We had the ground level room which was very convenient. Clean and comfy and a great place to stay. So professional , we loved it.

Nothing, was great

Of ten small town Bnbs and agriturismo stays from Catania to Palermo, Ambra was our favorite. Our room was perfect... with a small private terrace. Parking immediate and safe. Breakfasts outstanding (especially my doppio espressos). Ambra is Ambra, the manager and owners' daughter: she is the essence of the perfect hostess... upbeat, informative, responsive. When in Noto, we commend staying with Ambra.

While location is ok, "walking into town" is a wee bit challenging. We managed... with Ambra's help. Grazie mille, Ambra! Some places in Sicily, tiny no-see-ems are prevalent. Noto is one of them. Take your repellent.

We were welcomed very warmly by the landlady (who lives there with here Family as well). She offered us her gated private parking and we could park and take the car whenever we needed. All her breakfast offers were from her garden or own Production. Recommened us a super nice and cheap beachclub (Sunset Beach), where the had the best time. Noto Centro is 8 minutes away by foot. Super nice stay with a marvellous view on Noto.

Everything! Villa Ambra is perfect. The interior, the exterior, the amenities, the hospitality, the amazing breakfast! The wonderful host, doing her best to let us experience Noto completely... We'll come back for sure! PS: The breakfast is a feast for the senses, example for how each food must taste and an unforgettable experience!
