Nice room with a big balcony. No kitchen facilities available in the room, except a fridge, but there was a capsule coffee machine in the shared hall. The coffee capsules were provided and were enough for us for three days. Smooth check in: the host met us at the property and were very helpful. The iron was provided at our request. There is a plenty of parking space available on the street.

I missed having a kettle to boil water for a tea. Also, would be nice to have some proper cups instead of plastic ones. The location is fine but not right in the center, you need to walk about 15 minutes to reach it.

Great location, 10 minutes away from the city center! Lovely terrace! Delicious breakfast in the cafe where you can experience Sicilian style of enjoying every second of lazy morning full of good espresso and conversations with friends. The host was very kind and helpful! Noto is absolutely beautiful, easy to fall in love with!

We were in the apartment with a family (4 people). It is a clean apartment about 5 minutes from the center by walking. Free parking in front of the building without any issues. Breakfast was perfect with a gluten free option. Communication with a host David was excellent and we got many tips what to do in Noto.

Although the appartment was one room only with four beds, we appreciate balcony and cleanliness.

The location is good as you can park right outside on the street and avoid driving in the historic centre, yet it is a short walk to the sights and shops - easy for us, perhaps tricky with young children as some roads don't have pavements. Davide (the manager) lives off site but is very helpful and responds quickly to messages, Google Translate gets around the language barrier. Nothing is too much trouble and he even printed off a boarding pass for one of us. Rooms are large with balconies. Bathrooms are large too.

We would have liked a kettle to make tea (there are espresso coffee machines in each room) but we bought one in the local hardware store. I wrongly assumed breakfast might be an option, but again it was easy to find local shops/bakeries. And you may prefer to eat out. Davide invited us to his Cafe too.

They allowed me to have a very nice breakfast. The room had everything I needed. I enjoyed my balcony to get some sun basking. Location to to town was excellent. Staff always asked if I needed anything else.

Very hospitable and attentive to our requests host (Davide), sparkling cleanliness, quiet surroundings, breakfast where the locals have breakfast, great location for walks in Noto and trips around the area. Great time, vacation was a success!

Davide, the host, is very welcoming and friendly. He goes the extra mile to see that his guests are well taken care of. The place is centrally located and Noto centre can be easily reached by foot. The rooms are clean, very spacious, and breakfast is optimum. We really enjoyed our stay there.

2 separate bedrooms with a private bathroom for both. Air conditioning worked very well. Close to historical Neto, 10 minute walk. Easy parking on the street.

The room was clean and quiet at night. Davide was there to greet us and gave us tips on where to eat. He is very personable and kind. The bed was comfortable and there was even a little terrace to sit on. Just a ten minute walk takes you to the center of Noto. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Davide!
