Great resort well managed and kept. Very elegant and well located allowing guest for relax and wellness in a very green environment. Rooms are big and elegant with a very nice private terrace. The common areas are wonderful including bars, terrace with great view and style, pool and spa are really nice and allowing for great moments of relax in the middle of uliveto. A warm call out for Simona that hosted us in a great way at the main lounge bar. Great staff and welcoming reception with warm service. We plan to come back as we had amazing moments in this wonderful resort. The golf course is excellent and well managed.

The dinner restaurant should be uplifted with a more simple and local menu, more reasonable pricing and happier staff. The food at the dinner restaurant was completely out of context.

The hotel is located in a rural area of Syracuse, which, while distant from lively spots, is perfect for a family stay. Although it may be considered more of a top-ranked 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star, it is clearly worth the cost. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the surrounding areas are ideal for relaxation. The building itself is quite amazing and charming, as it is an old monastery.

The breakfast area is quite small, often crowded, and it was common to wait for clean dishes or cups. The main downside was the restaurant, which, despite having a sufficiently diverse menu, was quite disappointing in terms of food quality.

After reading some previous reviews, I was really worried about staying here but I need not have been, the resort is absolutely beautiful. The pool area was just so relaxing, so clean ( shout out to the lifeguard who did a tremendous job). The staff were lovely. I want to particularly praise Giovanni at reception who was so friendly and helpful and great fun. The rooms were comfortable and air conditioned ( the rooms air conditioning are controlled by reception so if you want your room cooler or warmer, reception will do this for you. The breakfast was fantastic - lots of options available.

The pool food was just okay and pricey for the quality of it, we went into Floridia to the super market for food for lunch apart from Sunday as the shops in the towns were closed.

We came back this year for one week with the family and I must say that the dinner food was extremely good with a much larger and well balanced menu with top quality ingredients. The service staff for dinner was excellent. Service at the club house and resort bars remain very positive with very good drinks. The golf course is very well kept and wonderful in landscapes, different holes scenario and great grass. The overall resort is extremely beautiful and deserves the highest consideration as the structure is a real gem.

We found some of the Reception staff not really effective and in instances unpleasant. Among other things: we asked on day 1 for room change as being there 1 full week the room terrace view was not ideal as we were located in front the laundry and cleaning dryer storage and considering the resort was not at all fully booked more could have been done for our not so short stay.

Very relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. Quiet. Large room and shower with private patio overlooking to golf course and lake.

Price of evening meals was very high but the food was good and we didn't have to drive anywhere.

Very large, luxurious resort with friendly staff. The pool is on the bigger side for Italy, they have a lifeguard that will watch you if you do not shower before getting in and a bar if you'd like to order drinks. However the pool closes relatively early (in my opinion) at 6pm. The rooms are very nice with a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and an outside area as well. The breakfast is also very good and you have a lot of options including fresh bread and fruits. They also have a fun pool table area ;-). We also got a very sweet welcoming fruit basket!

Ambience, food, breakfast was exceptional. The room was spacious and well equipped

Everything was excellent except that the request I made for a massage in the day spa via booking .com was not sent through to the spa.

The location is super nice and even the hotel itself although the cleaning can be very much improved in bedrooms especially under beds.

The thing that you have to use your bath towels for all of your stay is disgusting and the fact that you need to pay 5€ to change every bath towel is an absurd in a 5star resort. We were lucky enough that after complaining that we are used to change towels daily the receptionist did not charged us.

Amazing resort with a very elegant structure and well organized. Brilliant terrace and bar, great pool and spa area, ideal for relaxing moments. The golf course is incredibly beautiful with great management and a nice club house. Staff is very gentle and welcoming. Rooms are great very large and well kept with private terrace submerged in the green. A special thanks to Simona at the bar and lounge that has hosted us in a perfect way.

The dinner restaurant should be re-worked in terms of menu, concept, pricing and staff. More options, more simple and local and more reasonable pricing would allow this resort to get to the 10 level.

Lovely setting and grounds, staff were really nice and helpful. Big and comfortable rooms with lovely outside seating.

Attention to detail is lacking, for example there is only one hook in the bathroom, coffee was not replenished on the second day but was on the third day. No iron for clothes, in all the facilities as we asked for one at reception and they did not have. Nothing major but small details that could make like much more comfortable
