Location. Away from the busy city. Plenty of free parking, whole spacious estate was though a gated entrance. Generous sized spacious clean room, comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Large modern clean light bathroom. Receptionist was very helpful . Buffet breakfast was ok.

Swimming pool. This has effected our cleanliness and overall score. May be because it is the end of season. (It was advertised as being open during our stay). The pool was in our eyes unusable. The swimming pool was dirty. Water had not been skimmed for a while (floating dead frog and insects on surface) bottom of pool had not been cleaned for a while too. Around top of pool just above water line there was a thick 150mm wide green "scum mark" where this had not been cleaned for several weeks. Unfortunately we were looking forward to using the pool and were greatly disappointed.

Very good location for Siracusa/Ortigia visiting, nice and spacious surrounding, big outside swimming pool, good breakfast with plenty of fresh local fruit varieties, kind hosts - Christina Maria and her father, excellent internet connection, strong recommendation

Hard matress, swinging bed, too many electronic lightning during night time, which is annoying

The hosts were friendly and knowledgable. The breakfast, featuring a diverse range of options from sweet to savory, was freshly prepared. Abundant fresh fruit was also available. Even though it is near a motor way, silence and tranquility prevail. It is a peaceful space boasting a spacious pool area and surrounded by green spaces. The property's location is conveniently close to both the city center and the noteworthy attractions of Syracuse.

The place has huge outside skirts were children can play and adults to have a good rest outside their rooms. Rooms are very clean and big. Breakfast is very good. Service is very very good. Good car park and fluent in english.

The location was perfect. Just a few minutes away from everything. Check in was amazing. Met all of our needs. Morning breakfast was delicious and service was exceptional

I liked how the location was very central to reach southern parts of Sicily by car such as Siracusa , Ortigia ,Avola,Noto & Marzamemi.

I wished I had a kettle in the room although there was a fridge which came in very useful.

The owner was very friendly. The breakfast was fresh. And always he prepared something extra for the kids. The room was clean. Tha pool was warm and very clean.

Very peaceful property a close drive away from Siracusa. As it was the end of the tourism season it was very quiet which we enjoyed. Everything was clean, and the hosts were welcoming and kind.

The room was spacious and with a beautiful all around balcony you could take a sun bath and relax. the swimming pool was big and clean and also the surrounding area was very relaxing
