Room and bathroom are big and bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and had everything you need. There is shared kitchen with everything you could need and big balcony. Lights are turned on with a key and elevator is also opened with a key. Quiet location near centre, 20 min walk. Breakfast was outside the apartment, few minutes walk and it was really good. There is self check in which is great if you arrive late you can just pick up your key from safety box at the entrance of the building. Very satisfied 😊

Shower water had really weak pressure

Location was great, we could easily get everywhere by foot. Room was nice and clean. It was exactly the same as it was shared in the photos. We loved it. We did not expect that we will need to go out for breakfast. Coffee bars were pretty close though. They had a basic menu. It was a good start for the day. We did not meet our landlord in person. All communication was through messages. She seemed to be very polite and helpful. Thank you 😊

Great communication before and during the stay, friendly atmosphere, clean and bright. The kitchen area with fridge and coffee machine is also a plus. The arrangement for breakfast with a coffee place across the square few minutes from the room was practical, good location overall. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Nothing we didn't like;)

We truly enjoyed our stay at Cloud House Sicily. From arrival to departure we felt in very good hands. Due to covid restrictions check in was not in person, but we got all instructions through Whatsapp. Claudia always promptly responded and helped us with any questions. Breakfast was not served in house but at a nice cafe around the corner (with very friendly staff). The room had a modern and comfy design. The location is in a residential area with free street parking. A free shuttle can be taken to the old town.

During our stay, we were the only guests, so it was quiet. The room was modern and well-equipped. Although, we didn't see the host, she was very helpful.

The direct neighbourhood is fine, but not the most exciting. Although easily reachable in 15-20 min walking distance, the Ortigia island and the main attractions felt a bit far. No real intimacy in the bathroom, as there was not a full door.

Great apartment in Siracusa with all the amenities you need. Shared kitchen with a balcony which was super handy. Free and paid parking right outside the apartment!

Beautiful, totally clean and lovingly furnished accommodation. Although we arrived earlier than planned, Claudia has set everything in motion to give us the room as soon as possible. She also gave us tips for restaurants. The most beautiful B&B in which we were in Sicily. Absolutely recommended.

Very central! The owner was very very helpful with all! The room was super clean & quite big! We loved it!

Nothing to dislike

Claudia was a really nice Host. The interior is new and beautiful. The cooperation with the closeby Bar for breakfast was perfect.

The Elevator was really loud throughout the night. The building is not very nice from the outside.
