This property is a little out of the historic centre and we were able to park for free on the street outside the property. The walk to the historic centre is around 8 minutes. The host is a lovely person who took the time to speak with us and offer suggestions for places to see and dining options. The host was also at the property when we checked out. The room was a lovely spacious bright modern room with air-conditioning and a large bathroom. The room also came with a small bar fridge and a tea making area. The bed was very comfortable with 100% cotton linen. The shower was a large walk in shower with great water pressure. The bathroom also had a large mirror and plenty of counter space. The property also has a dining area and a small outside area for guests to make use of.

The only thing this property can improve is the limited breakfast.

The B&B is located a short walk from the Ortegia. We were greeted by Veronica, who was really kind and drew us a map of all important sights we should visit and where to eat. She recommended us a panini place which lived up beyond our expectations. We were also given a quick guide to gelatos and granitas in the city. The room itself was really clean and modern and the bed was really big and comfortable. Unfortunately we only booked one night, but we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Syracuse. There is free parking available along the street.

You may have to circle around the street a few times before you find a free space to park your car.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The property was well presented and very clean. The location well positioned, with a 15 minutes walk to both Ortigia and the Siracusa archeological park. There was car parking on the street outside the rooms away from the ZTL. The hosts at the rooms were really friendly and helpful. We arrived early and the street parking was full, so one of the hosts kindly gave us their car park right out the front when they were going to lunch. The hosts provided great tips and suggestions for visiting the town, which helped get the most out of our visit. Would definitely recommend.

Nice super comfy room, with everything mentioned working. It was at walking distance of archeological sites (1,5km and 15-20min walking) and Ortigia Island (800m and 10min walking). In Nov 2023 there was easy parking in the street down of the rooms, we left our camper van 2 days in the street 20m away from the entrance ( I can’t tell during busy season like summer). Finally but not least we have been welcomed by Veronica who took about 30min to check in and explain us on a city map what to do around and where to eat good seafood. We really appreciate that, as we arrived without knowing much about the city.

Stefany was very helpful, kind and responsive. She arranged an early check-in for us to facilitate our needs. She also recommended us some restaurants and guided us how to take buses to different destinations. The room itself was squeaky clean and tidy. The location was perfect. We enjoyed a lot staying there. I would recommend!

The host was Super friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of tips and recommendations which made our stay so much easier! The room and the bathroom are very spacious and very clean. Parking was super easy within the same street as the hotel. And location was also great. Bus terminal just a few steps away whilst Oritigia was within walking distance.

There was lots to like about this property. The owners were really hospitable and helpful - we were given some strong restaurant recommendations. We had a comfortable stay - it was quiet as the room looked onto the courtyard. You could sit in the communal areas and chill out with a book which was lovely. There was easy parking nearby which was very useful. The walk into the old town is easy too.

Modern, very clean, well equipped and spacious. A great shared dining area and outdoor courtyard too. The host was really friendly and helpful in allowing us to check in early and to drop our bags. She also showed us on the map what we could fit in with just one day. Only a 3 minute walk from the central station.

The room was really comfortable. Stefany was an excellent host, communicating well with us about the location and how to get in. She also gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. It is very conveniently located for the train station, ideal as we had an early train to catch.

Central location to reach all parts of Siracusa by walking if so inclined. Very close to transport hub of both train and bus about 5minute walk. The property has been very nicely refurbished with all modern fittings and furnishing. Lovely and bright. We had a little balcony with seating from room but also a communal outdoor area in an inner courtyard. The owners were very flexible and afforded us an early check in. Breakfast was very affordable and sufficient for our requirements. Cosy setup for breakfast. Great to see young women being entrepreneurs and doing so ever so efficiently and successfully! Well done team. Remember to try and sit back and enjoy your achievements 😊
