Perfect location! The apartment is just a 10–15 minute walk from the famous Greek Theatre, where you can enjoy stunning views of the historical beauty of Syracuse. In the opposite direction, you can easily reach the island of Ortigia, home to the beautiful Piazza del Duomo, charming restaurants, and an elegant promenade perfect for evening strolls. The host is an exceptional person — very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you might need. The room is spacious and includes a small balcony, which we really appreciated. There's also a coffee machine in the room — a lovely touch that allowed us to enjoy a delicious Italian coffee first thing in the morning. Another big plus: the B&B has an agreement with the bakery-pastry shop located downstairs, where you can enjoy an amazing breakfast with fresh pastries and excellent coffee. Everything was perfect — 10 out of 10! If you're looking for a well-located, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped place to stay, don’t hesitate to book.

The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have some communal facilities in addition to the bedroom. It was convenient to have self check in, and we found free parking near the accommodation with no problem. We loved the pastry and coffee downstairs in the morning- the cafe staff were very friendly and it was nice to be able to have a late breakfast! Although our room was on a main road we did not have any problem with noise. Overall it was a great place to stay for visiting Syracusa and Ortigia.

The bathroom was quite narrow which was not a problem for us but it may be an issue for other people.

It's a great location with a nearby fenced public parking (ca. 20EUR per half day). In colder periods, I suggest turning on the ac for heating before going to bed, which will be a great time of the day as the beds are suuper comfy :) Host gave easy and straight forward instructions on checking in and the location is easy to find.

Nothing much. Only thing, for the breakfast it would be better to have more information, as we weren't sure what's included in the cafe, which is really nice and local btw.

The apartment was compact (which we knew when we booked) and appeared to have been recently completed or renovated. It was very well situated to walk to either the historic area of Ortigia, or to the archeological parks in Syracuse. We were fortunate to find a parking spot right at the door to the property, but otherwise parking availability immediately in the vicinity could be a bit hit-or-miss. The hosts were great communicators and were very keen and proactive in ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. Although the property is situated just off a major road, the apartment itself was very quiet.

Comfortable clean rooms with coffee maker, also a kitchen and lounge facility. Handy location for Ortygia, archaeological park, museum and station. Stefano was very attentive, readily available and quickly sorted out minor problems we had. He provided cards for an inclusive breakfast in the attractive cafe below the rooms. So comfortable and pleasant we wanted to stay an extra night

Very tidy apartment, everything what you could need, microwave, coffe maker, refrigerator. Very comfortable bed, we had a balcony. Free parking, what is very important in Sicily. Place also is really good, the centre you could reach on foot. We are really appreciate. Especially we liked staff, the owner is very kind, answered in all of our questions.

Location. Central Perk is in easy walking distance to train station (5-10 mins), archeological park (10-15 mins) and Ortygia (15-20 mins). In the midst of a heatwave our room was very comfortable and the common area and kitchen a real bonus. Our host was very accommodating and communication between us was clear, swift and helpful.

The common entry door to apartments was a little tricky to master.

Our stay at the Central Perk was exceptional in every aspect. The impeccable cleanliness of the rooms made us feel right at home, while the central location allowed us to explore the city comfortably. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this Central Perk to anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free experience.

Very good access to both Tempio di Apollo and Ortigia Island. There is everything we need at the B&B, we can use glasses and dishes and coffee machine and so on. They inform us how to access the apartment, how to open the door of the apartment and the room in advance through WhatsApp, which is very easy. There are free space to park around the apartment.

Nice clean room and ensuite in a superb location with both the Neapolis and Ortygia being within easy walking distance. We liked having breakfast included in the friendly public cafe downstairs with its superb pastries.

The room was quite small but was modern clean and had all you needed.
