I had an absolutely wonderful stay at PhotoRooms B&B in Siracusa. From the moment I booked, Giovanni's excellent communication made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. He provided fantastic recommendations that truly enhanced my visit, from local dining spots to must-see attractions. The B&B itself was charming and comfortable, perfectly capturing the essence of Siracusa. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully decorated, adding to the overall delightful ambiance. The location was ok, allowing easy access to the city's main sights and hidden gems. A big thank you to Giovanni for making my stay so memorable. His hospitality and attention to detail were top-notch. I will definitely stay at PhotoRooms B&B again on my next trip to Siracusa. Highly recommended!

The location was slightly off the beaten track and required a bit of a walk to get to Ortigia, it was not a major inconvenience and didn't detract from the overall experience.

Communication with Giovanni was exceptional, his assistance and advice were much appreciated. The property was clean and comfortable. Its location just outside the Island of Ortigia made it very easy to park our car and walk across to the Island - abt 20min to the centre of the Island.

We would have preferred to be on Ortigia but it is not practical with a car. This was a good option.

Lovely host. Giovanni contacted us via WhatsApp a few days before to arrange our arrival time & was very helpful letting us know where we were okay to park for free once we arrived in the city. He then met us with a warm smile & excellent information regarding the apartment, what to see in the area including details for a discounted boat trip & his recommendations to eat locally. Very nice apartment, comfortable bed, lovely shower & close to both Ortiga & the Neapolis Archaeological Park, also great photo art work on the walls, taken by Giovanni himself. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice room in a B&B rebuilt apartment, breakfast room around the corner, no problem apart from "losing time". Location very good as you can get there (at border of limited traffic zone) and walking distance to isola Ortigia. Owner gives a lot of tips, for me after the really long Etna tour, then a bit of beach and city walk and then checking-in, I couldn't "digest" so much information anymore. Sometimes less is more ;-)

If your guest mentiones the arrival time in the boking, but you ignore that, you cannot tell the guest "you just caught me in time, I was about to leave". You sent lots and lots of information, but didn't read the booking. I do not understand the saying "guests don't have a problem to find parking spaces", if you check in after 18.30 h or even later it is not that easy anymore to find a parking lot.

We had some issue a and delay during our trip. Giovanni was waiting for us, he helped us with parking, upgraded our room for free a and booked the table in restaurant for us. Apartment was very nice, modern and clean. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Ortigia island, so also good locality. We can highly recommend to stay in PhotoRooms.

Super helpful hosts, and clean rooms. We were given a free upgrade to a bigger room, and had loads of helpful tips for local restaurants. The three restaurant recommendations we took up were some of the best meals of our whole holiday! Close to Ortigia and local shops.

Definitely one of my best experiences traveling in Sicily. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. A good sized bathroom with a good shower. Very nice and caring owner. I felt like I was visiting a friend, not a hotel. The owner was kind enough to share advice and help with places to eat and places to visit. Very good and easy communication! Thank you for making my stay in Syracuse so enjoyable.

We loved everything about our stay at PhotoRooms B&B! It’s in a great location close to Ortigia island and also the ruins. It’s walking distance to both and the area feels very safe. The free parking on the street is also such a bonus as it’s not easy to find in that area. Giovanni is an amazing host and is absolutely lovely! He gave us some excellent recommendations including a delicious Sicilian restaurant where we actually ran into him. The room we had was super clean and comfortable. It’s been recently renovated and has been done very tastefully. The bathroom was also nice and spacious, particularly the shower. Thank you so much, Giovanni. We dream of coming back!

The owner was very hospitable and checked on us from time to time to make sure that our stay was smooth and comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and very clean. The mattress and pillows were brand new thus ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploration.

Everything was perfect.
