200 yards from the bus station, which is what we wanted. The staff was extremely helpful as to things to see and do and where to eat. The map they gave us was very useful. We also got a coupon for 10% off our meal on the island of Siracuse. The meal was great.

Can't think of anything that we didn't like. The breakfast could have been more varied and the fruit could have been cut up. But the staff was very nice and helpful.

We had a lovely stay, although from outside the area seams a little off, the apartment is renovated, with beautiful inside garden-balcony area, the host gave us information about the area and what to visit. The breakfast was very good, with fresh pastries and a lot of variety and all personel was really pleasant. The room very clean and spacious, with all amenities that we could need, bathroom was a joy and our room had a private balcony. Water, coffe and sodas were provided as a compliment. The location was very close to the city center, 15-20 minutes walk to ortiglia. Parking was easy, available for free on the street in front of the b&b.

We liked the hotel a lot and stayed one extra day. The rooms are spacious and bed was large and comfy. We were travelling with our 2 year old daughter and the staff were very friendly and nice to her. Breakfast is good and the hotel is well situated in Siracuse, next to the entrance to Ortigia. We did not spend much time in the town itself but rather travelled to Modica, Scicli, Pozzalo, and areas around. One minor thing is the area around the hotel which is not great, but we did not have any issue with that.

The place is very nice and perfectly maintained, with very friendly and polite staff. There is a fridge and plenty of plugs to recharge your electronics. The bathroom is nice and spacious, with all you need, on top of being very clean. We appreciated the air conditioning. The small terrace was a plus. The breakfast was excellent in quality and quantity, and you can enjoy it on the property's patio. The entrance corridor, with its aquarium floor, adds a nice touch. It was easy to park our car on the street for free. Walking to Ortigia was a breeze. We received great insider advice for our visits. I want to express my appreciation for the honesty and support we received in getting our kid's night puppet sent to our home. When the cleaning lady discovered that our son's little penguin decided to extend his stay (I tried too, but I wasn't allowed), we were able to quickly come to an agreement and the penguin arrived home shortly after. Thank you again!! I hope to visit you and meet again.

I would suggest improving the door's sound insulation as we could hear other guests in the corridor in the morning, almost as if they were in our room.

The property had so much character. It was near the bus and train station. Our room was so nice and clean and with so much Italian character. It was an authentic Italian experience. Within walking distance to Ortigia and to get to the Greek Theater complex by taxi or bus quickly. The breakfast every morning was wonderful a typical Italian breakfast. They would ask what kind of coffee you wanted and made it then. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Location was good. Just around a 15 minute walk into Ortiga. Beds were very comfortable and the room was of good size. Staff were very hospitable and friendly. Clean facility. Judging the place from the street view might be off-putting but rest assured that on the inside the facilities are quite nice and comfortable.

There was plenty to eat for breakfast - coffee type made to your request. However, no hot breakfast - the provision of scrambled eggs would have gone a long way for me in place of hard boiled. They might not have a kitchen equipped for that. Free day/overnight parking available about 100 yards down the street behind the row of buildings near the police station. Also, some available on the street in front of the B&B. But on weekends or local holidays that's a little more difficult, but we never had a problem parking our car for free.

Free parking across the street (if you are lucky); large room with fridge and lovely terrace for relaxing: fridge in room; kettle and microwave for guests’ use in breakfast area; tastefully designed room with all new facilities; 10 min walk to Ortigia; other areas of the city also within walking distance; friendly and hospitable proprietor (Lucia) who brought us whole wheat rolls for breakfast when we requested them instead of white bread; adequate breakfast (yoghurt, lunch meat and cheese, boiled eggs, toast, fruits, fresh squeezed juice and coffee made to order)

Breakfast is heavy on sweets (cake, croissants) and white bread—let Lucia know when you check in if you prefer something else

Ninfeo Siracusa was a great location for us. We are avid walkers/hikers and the hotel's location allowed us to easily access sites in the central city of Siracusa and allowed us to enjoy our walking tour of Ortigia. We were able to park our car just outside the front door of the hotel on a street that didn't seem to have too much traffic. The breakfast was excellent.

All people very friendly and nice. The breakfast included all you can think - croissant, cakes, ham, cheese, eggs, fresh orange juice, cappuccino:-) The B&B Ninfeo is located close to Ortigia. Free parking possible just on the street.

Breakfast was brilliant. A bowl of fresh mixed nuts plus freshly squeezed orange juice and a different kind of cake every morning, plus a buffet with plenty of choice of sweet and savoury items.

Location was fairly convenient, but room faced a fairly busy road and necessitated walking around a corner without a pavement to get into the most interesting part of town.
