Great place on the main road and easy access on pretty much all attractive places! We really enjoyed the stay on that place! Also, they provide an umbrella for the beach! Old town was just 5 mins away walking! Breakfast was served with a lot of fresh fruit and foods! Deserts and yougurts! Long Story short, it was great overall!

Parking was a bit challenging if you rent or own a car! But if you're luckier, you can park in front of the hotel for good prices!

Arrived at Hotel Casa Mia and was impressed with the beauty of this hotel. It was a family home in an important area (the main street) and is decorated with the owner's furnishings/decor. The lift worked my first day, which was helpful at check-in. It is a short walk to restaurants and shopping - any many of the cities main sites. I started my day with a lovely breakfast and very attentive staff! It is possible to walk to/from the Bus or train station without a problem!

While the Hotel is lovely, I continued to have problems with the WiFi all during my stay. Only by moving upstairs to the reception area or the outdoor roof, was I able to use the computer. Unfortunately, I missed a business meeting because of this! Staff did attempt to resolve the issue; so hopefully, this will not be a problem in the future. And while Casa Mia is lovely ... my twin bed and pillows were Terrible :o(

location was a 10+. found street parking and an easy walk to waterfront and Ortigia. Breakfast was better than expected - option to eat inside or outside - coffee was really good

decor is old - but it made me feel like I went back in time to my grandmothers house - for a short stay it was fun the bathroom needs an update - duct tape over an old drain and the shower stall was in need of some bleach but again - for a 1 night stay at a very reasonable price it was fine

Superb welcoming staff with an amazing knowledge of local culture and history. Talking to the receptionist was actually one of the highlights of our trip. The room itself was beautiful, as is the hotel as a whole. The location is handy for the main sights of the city and there are many good bars and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was rather uninspiring. There was a good quantity of foods available but it was all rather bland.

First of all, the staff were amazing. Since there were fewer guests, they upgraded me to a more comfortable room. The room itself had a vintage vibe; while the furnishings looked a bit old, they were not dirty. The location is excellent—very close to both Ortygia Island and the Archaeological Park.

The room didn’t have a desk, and there was no common area, which made it quite challenging to use my laptop. Additionally, the reception closed a bit early (at least during winter).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room has everything clean, and the hotel has a good living room/courtyard. Breakfast was very good. And I like all the antique furniture in the place with good quality beds. I think this is a great hotel option close enough to the train station.

Our room has good-sized windows, but there is a walkway right next to it, and another guest could peek into our room if we open the window. For privacy reasons, we had to close the windows. And a little bit of repair and care would make this place great.

Hotel is situated near to Ortegia, surrounded with lots of nice small restaurants and bars. Rooms were spacious and well equiped with all standard things for stay. I enjoyed spacious and stylish bathroom. We felt there very comfortly.

Check-in was a bit inconfortable and it took too long. TV set did not worked.

The property is well located between Ortigia and public transports bus and train stations, perfect for solo travellers who do not have a car to visit the area around Siracusa. Rooms are spacious and well equipped you have everything you need (although I would warn travellers to bring some extra plugs to charge devices in advance); wifi worked perfectly on the ground-floor were my room was located; the staff is professional and the atmosphere is quite relaxed

This is a 2-3 star hotel which punches above it's weight .... the rooms are of good size, beds are comfortable, very clean, safe and secure, in easy walking distance from Ortigia, Archaeology Park, restaurants, train station.

Shower was tiny

Everything, from the kindness and attention of the hostess, the location (which is about 500 m walking to downtown and dotted with restaurants, shops and a small supermarket nearby) and a reasonable breakfast. Since the room was facing inwards it was silent

Just the pressure of the waterline was low and the temperature of the water was oscillating such a wide range that it would go from warm to boiling.
