The property was close to the station which helped because we had a lot of luggage. We needed to get to a wedding and the staff organised a taxi for us there and back. It all worked perfectly. The cooking facilities were excellent and the kitchen well equipped.

We would have liked instruction manuals for the appliances. It was great to have a washing machine but we still don’t know whether we used it properly. It would also help to have the bins labeled or the information in the booklet provided. Different places have different colour codes. Reception was not onsite but after a phone call they were extremely responsive.

Spacious, comfortable apartment, close to the historic part of the city. We had everything we needed, such as towels, shower gel, kitchen utensils. Located in a surprising street, but nicely furnished. We were able to park for free every day, a two-minute walk away.

The bed creaks terribly, the noise from the apartment above us is also very muffled. The area is quite noisy at night and at dawn. The shower cover was not very tasteful, there was a sewer smell in the bathroom.

Location is close to Ortigia island. The apartment was quite good equipped. We liked flexibility of the staff: we have got other apartment than booked (manager said it was an upgrade from studio to separate bedroom apartment), and as a new option didn’t have a washing mashing, but we were offered a laundry service, which was a very good solution to us.

Water was leaking under the bath , probably that was a reason of a strange smell we felt entering the apartment.

I would definitely recommend to stay at A'Storia. Parking was easy and free in the small streets nearby. We stayed in one of the appartments on the first floor and had a nice terrace too. Sabrina welcomed us, she was so kind and even recommended a nice beach close by. We appreciated the small booklet in the room with all the important pieces of information. Morepver we got coffee capsules and a bottle of cold water :) The old town is very close, yet the street was very quiet and we had a perfect sleep. Thank you for everything.

Good value for money, a pleasant 15-minute walk from Ortigia and with easy parking nearby. Nice old building with high ceilings. Good-sized bright bedrooms with windows overlooking a very quiet street. Attentive host, e.g. when I called in the evening to say there were no sharp knives he showed up within a quarter of an hour with two kitchen knives.

The ventilator in the bathroom could perhaps be serviced as its very noisy. And it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen, although of course that's not something one comes across much in Italy.

Great, Clean, comfortable near to everything, great area to park around at least now in winter. It has everything that you might need in a house, During nights not noisy to sleep. Only better ways to warm the flat, cause the heater not warm nothing, and it was cold. Reception Sabrina kind, and helpful to everything, although not able to tell the time to arrive, came in 5 min to help register and open the flat.

It is a very central location even though in an alley. You can walk to Ortigia, train station and bus station are close by. Easy to communicate with owner. Arrived early so could leave our luggage and walk around

To go in the property there is a flight of steps, but the owner helped us with luggage’s. We are used to having a kettle but other than that it was a very comfortable accommodation

Good location (close to the bus station and nearly 15 min walking to Ortigia), nice furniture and amazing roof decoration. They were responsive and on time. Accepted our additional requests. Recommend it

Overall it was a very good experience. In our case they cleaned the room once in the middle of our vacation (around the 3rd day) . In my opinion, this could be improved for better experience

Lovely apartment in good location with easy access to the tourist sights of Siracusa and beyond. The apartment is spacious with a fully fitted kitchen and a nice bathroom. There is free on street parking. Simone, the property manager, was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. There was a useful guide to the apartment, local restaurants and attractions in Siracusa

All was good

The location was nice about 7 min walk to the island. Free parking was available in the street nearby for free or you could also park at the train station which was 5 min away. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious offering a kitchen.

The bathroom was malfunctioning, bidet was not flowing any water out and one of the shower handles was broken and the first time I opened it to wash my feet since the bidet was not functioning normally it got me all wet. The breakfast was a 5/10 just because you could only pick 1 pastry and only something to drink and that was not enough for breakfast.
