The apartment is in a great location, very close to the old town area, with many restaurants and cafes nearby, giving it a lively atmosphere. Parking is easy!The room facilities are modern, the space is spacious, the staff is very friendly, providing maps and local guides. A great stay experience, I circled the island halfway, visited many destinations, and liked this place the most. Recommended!

If the lights in the corridor could be changed to voice control, it would be more convenient. The lights in the bathroom are voice-controlled, but it would be better if the noise of the exhaust fan at night could be adjusted to a smaller setting. But actually, it's not a big problem.

What a wonderful hotel and wonderful staff! It is a hidden gem hotel. Location is great - it is situated 2 blocks from Apolo temple, 10 min walk from train station, 20 min walk from archaelogocal park, 3 blocks from a good supermarket. Breakfast is in the partner hotel and wonderful too - buffet style, so many choices for savory and sweet dishes. Staff is great and very accommodating - they contacted me well in advance to make sure i have all the necessary codes to get into the building, explained where to go for sightseeing, gave me detailed map, held my luggage before check in, and even brought my luggage to the partner hotel that had 24 hour desk so I could pick it up any time after check out. The room and the facilities were sparkling clean and very modern, bed was very comfortable, nice assortment of teas and coffee, there is mini fridge with complimentary water. Bathroom was well supplied with shampoo, lotion, bath gel, and some more. Thank you, Nostos, for the wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect!

Location is very good. It is 10 minutes (by walk) from bus/train station and also from Ortiega Cathedral. Hotel is on the main street, very close to cafes, restaurants, etc. Check-in was done remotely (at about 20:30). No problem, easy. Breakfast was offered in a 4 star hotel 2 blocks away. It was an open buffet, and very satisfying. Room was very clean.

Room (double) size was slightly smaller than expected. Since we stayed only 2 days, it was not an critical issue.

I had the apartment and it was lovely, bright and big with good quality facilities. The kitchen was well enough equipped for a short stay. The location was perfect to explore Syracusa & Ortigia by foot. I would definitely recommend the apartment or the rooms while traveling to Syracuse and I would definitely stay here again.

There was no elevator and a lot of stairs to carry the luggage up to the apartment which was on the 2nd floor. Even the rooms on the first floor had a fair few stairs but 2 more flights of stairs up to the apartment. So don't recommend if you have lots of luggage or heavy luggage.

Welcoming and immediate assistance from the staff. Ongoing support when sort. Arranged breakfasts were among the best we had during our 7 weeks in Europe. Room, bed and facilities were all very good. When a major challenge arose for us, the manager was very sympathetic and unhesitatingly personally acted to achieve a satisfactory solution.(Europcar had refused to honour an Expedia brokered prepaid car rental due lack of international drivers licence)

Only detriment was the air conditioning which could have been more effective.

Centrally located in between sights in Siracusa and Ortigia as well as the bus/train station making it easy to walk to sights. Accommodation was clean and comfy (beds were softer than I am used to in Italy but this is a personal preference). WiFi signal worked great making it easy as a remote worker. Staff were kind and welcoming. Liked the option to pay the city tax online (instead of in cash).

Nothing - accommodation met my expectations. Would book again.

Communication was difficult over the phone. Once Antonio showed up everything was very good. Better written instructions in the room on parking and breakfast voucher would make the stay easier.

Very spacious room with a comfortable bed, staff was really nice and waited for us to check in and put our luggage away so we could already explore the city. Location was a dream, gave us nice tips for parking.

The floor smelled a lot like smoke, which might be affected by other people staying there at the same time. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned and next to the toilet there was a lot of visible dust and dirt.

Location is very good. Property in between bus terminal and the tourist visit sites, it's about 5 minutes walk to the visitors center, and 10 minutes walk to coach terminal. The breakfast was very good.

The apartment is in 1st floor but high steps no lift access. It's a bit hard for people who have heavy luggage or senior.

I travel in the low season. So l pay less than people traveling in the high season. It was nice rooms. The aircondition remote control and the batteries teased me. But other wise. Nice modern rooms, cleaning of the rooms every day if you wanted that. Free Ness Coffee, Tea. In the room. It was a plessure to stay there.

I have nothing to mention.
