An amazing B&B situated just at the entrance to Ortigia area. Perfect choice if you are driving, as there are several large parking zones around. The rooms are new. We appreciated the quality of the finishings and size of the room and bathroom. Great mattress, a very comfortable sleep and we didn’t hear the noise from outside, even though the balcony is facing a busy street. Loved it!

We had a lot of luggage (60kg) and it was a bit challenging to carry it up to the 2nd floor as there’s no elevator, but it won’t be an issue if you’re traveling light ;)

I liked design a lot, everything is clean, good quality bedding, pillows, mattress, they changed my towels everyday. Check-in was in person which was nice, everyone was very friendly and attentive, Lori was at the front desk every day in the morning. Location is great, 2 steps away from Ortigia, on a safe street. Breakfast is Italian :)) but they also had pizza slices and sandwiches, orange juice. From all available properties in this price range this one is a good choice, felt safe as a single traveler.

The style of the entire bb is very nice. The location is ideal: accessible with the car (no private parking but easy to find a parking place on the public street) and Ortigia is 2 mins away.

The entry card failed only once, but worried me on my way back in the night. No windows in my room. Not clear where the light switch is in the entry or the stairs.

Great location, very helpful staff and an amazing room! Exceeded expectations. The breakfast was across the street and with tasty and rather big croissants and brioches!

The only downside was the parking (as everywhere there), the host "reserved" us a slot, however after leaving for a trip and coming back, we couldn't find any and went for the paid parking lot at the molo (17€/night, 1.50€/h.).

Staff could be more professional/organized to make the instructions clearer but overall they were quickly available to solve the small issues we had.

Perfect location. Staff extremely helpful, for example they reserved us a free parking space. The cafe where we had breakfast (Nuova Dolceria) is excellent, they make all their cakes, savory items and ice cream on the premises and the service is friendly.

The hotel was very clean and stylish, and they kindly helped us check in earlier than the normal check-in time.

P4 is absolutely amazing. the outside cover of the building was a bit worn and fooled us. P4 is a 10 star B&B. Beautiful, all modern systems, and romantic.

Not a fan of the glass walled bathroom. Frosted glass would have been nice. No coffee in the room. Otherwise, wonderful!
