- This place has a convenient location - 10min walk from the station if like us you are arriving and leaving by train. But also short walk to Ortigia, archaeology park etc - Room was spacious with good bathroom - Useful to be able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout and pick up later

- Aircon in our room didn’t work properly so hard to control temperature - Poor noise insulation so could hear other guests coming in late etc

The location was easy walking to every main sight in both the new and old town. The staff were wonderful, room comfortable, the roof top bar was closed because of the time of year we went, which we expected, but we did look at it, and could see it would be a very happening place for residents in true holiday season.

I had extremely poor reception (to the point of it not being usable) on WiFi, but this is far from the first place we have stayed with this problem. It cannot be a reason to not stay there and would not prevent us from staying there again when we next visit.

I had such a wonderful stay at this B&B! The place was incredibly comfortable – clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was absolutely perfect, with everything I needed close by, yet still peaceful and quiet for a great night’s sleep. The hosts were welcoming and kind, which really added a personal touch to the whole experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay – I’d come back in a heartbeat!

The rooms were big enough to accommodate all four of us. The location was also very convenient and we had our breakfast at the café next door. We slept very comfortably, as the rooms were cool. It is a great plus in the summer hot months.

Some renovation could be good, for instance the bathroom. There were neither coat hooks in the rooms nor towel hooks in the bathroom.

We can get our own breakfast downstairs in a great cafe which serves coffee and adequate breakfast sweet pastries. The cafe also has a variety of ice-creams. The location was excellent. Lots of good restaurants a block or two away. An easy walk to Ortigia.

There was nothing that we did not like.

Huge room, high ceiling, extra blanket, fridge & big shower room. Free public parking opposite. Not a long walk to Ostigia. Didn't get a seaview room ☹️ But café next door good option for breakfast & cheap.

Stairs up to the room. No lift in other words. That's it!

Friendly staff. Great location. We were allowed to leave our baggage in the morning so that we could have lunch before leaving.

There was no water one morning apparently due to a pipe burst in the street which was fixed after an hour. The staff notified the water company promptly so it was not really their fault.

The host was the sweetest girl ever. The location is perfect, only 10 mins walk from the train station and from the main attractions as well. The room and the bathroom were big and very clean. If I ever will go back to Siracusa, I'm sure I will stay at this place again.

Lovely B&B close to Ortigia. Rooms are very clean and spacious but lack personality. Breakfast can be supplied at €5 per person on the rooftop bar.

While having breakfast the manager(?) sat at the table next to us and smoked throughout. He even moved his table closer to ours so we could share the experience. Being non smokers this was not appreciated. Although the breakfast was excellent value for €5 per head.

The location is spot on: 5' from Ortigia with plenty of shops and facilities around. The room is modern and comfortable. The personnel was attentive and helpful

I advise booking a parking if you need one, especiallyin the peak of summer: we managed to find one, but there weren't many available.
