Not sure why others rated this hotel so low because we found no flaws except difficulty unloading in front of the building. Not the fault of the hotel. We were 13 family members aged 16 to 81. Very clean and up to date. Well located two blocks to Ortigia bridge. It's not luxury but its a great value. Fantastic breakfast and extremely nice staff. Wish we stayed longer

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Le Muse in Siracusa. The staff were exceptionally professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a full day of sightseeing. Overall, the hotel offers outstanding value for money. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

I liked everything.

The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk to Ortigia. Parking, supermarket, bars and restaurants near by, but still quiet inside the hotel. Big roof-terrace with a beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean.

We booked this one quite late and were extremely pleased at how lovely it was. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Would 100% stay here again.

The staff we encountered were all great - helpful & accommodating. The breakfast (taken in the Hotel Palazzo Cavalieri opposite) was excellent with lots of tasty offerings. The proximity of the hotel to Ortigia & a short walk from the railway station make for a very convenient location

Le Muse was clearly an independent hotel now taken over by the hotel group who also own the Hotel Palazzo Cavalieri opposite. It is in need of significant improvement & felt like a ghost town with the abandoned former reception & no staff on site. The lift is not working & although not a problem for us, would cause access problems for many particularly as the hotel description states accessibility. The window in our room would not close fully & it was therefore impossible to shut out noise from the very busy road. The room was however very clean although the toilet seat was broken & we had to run the taps for a long time to get any hot water. Finally the internet only works in the reception area & while it was working on our first day, it was not functioning for the remainder of our stay.
