The property was very central & provided easy access to sights on both Ortigia and Siracusa I.e. I could walk everywhere & didn’t even feel a need to rent a bike or scooter. The staff also very kindly allowed me to leave my luggage for a couple of hours after I checked out at 10am as my train didn’t leave until 2pm

I was under the impression that breakfast would be included in my booking price I.e. it’s called a B&B. My room door locked with only 1 turn of the key & the door jamb was split … which made me feel weird & insecure as I was the only guest in my first night there I think & my imagination kinda went wild (a bit). There were other guests on my 2nd night which somehow made me feel safer. My room had only a window opening to an internal air shaft ie. no outside view and no one to hear if anything bad happened!

It honestly met all our expectations. Great value for money, since the property is located in the heart of Ortigia and it smelled so good when we arrived. Very clean and we got a massive room for three people. The bathroom was also quite big and super clean. The receptionist was also very kind and super available via text.

Located in the island of Ortega, it is smack in the center of the old city, yet walking distance to the big parking lot north of the island. Everything interesting is within walking distance. The owner was communicative over WhatsApp and accommodating to our schedule for check in. Rooms were big and clean, comfortable beds and good shower.

The facility is convenient for tourists, right at the entrance of Ortigia. The room was attractively furnished and comfortable, bathroom facilities great. Maria was kind and helpful.

There's a lot of city noise which we aren't accustomed to. This might not bother other people.

The location was great and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, they could not do enough especially for my elderly aunt and uncle. They let them come back after check in to use the toilet. Comfy beds and lovely room.

Only problem my room only had window inside the house itself. That is ok for me but I guess for some travellers that's a problem.

I had a great stay at Apollo B&B. The location was perfect for exploring Syracusa, as it is located near the entrance of Ortigia Island and the Temple of Apollo. The staff was friendly and helped me carry two heavy suitcases up the stairs during check-in and check-out.

The window did not block out the street noise and the bathroom fan transmitted noise as well, which woke me up early.

Fantastic localization with a view to the Apollo temple right in the beginning of the walking center of Syracuse in Ortega island. Everything near by including restaurants and monuments and narrow little streets. Great breakfast in coffeeshop below. Windows open into the nice busy streets full of people strolling around or eating ice cream. Taxis also just below your window to travel quickly to train station or to the old greek monuments farther away (nearby just Apollo temple) plus the medieval italian city not as ancient as farther away from ortiga in the greek era archaeological park and museum.

quiet good in general, maybe the hostess could be nicer and more welcoming but that is really not a big deal since the location is so top and she is not rude or anything, just not all smiles but she is efficient.

Everything! Exceptional & kind staff, facilities and service! Breakfast across the street was also very good!

No elevator so be mindful of huge luggage.

Double glass, but the noise from outside is still there... You are in the heart of town and can hear that.
