Fantastic location, lovely building and apartment with a great roof terrace for views etc. The apartment was really spacious with two full bathrooms, and loads of storage space. A/C worked well and was very quiet. All in all a great stay and would recommend, just need to make clear the kitchen set up so there are no surprises for guests.

I stayed in Apartment 8, which was nice, but the kitchen set up was not made clear and was poor. There was a mini fridge and a small amount of equipment. I was expecting a full kitchen so this was disappointing. Whilst the mini fridge worked well I do not understand, why, as a minimum, there was not a full fridge, and more cutlery/cup/plates etc. The daily cleaning service was a bonus though.

Well situated near temple of Apollo. Room faced on to quiet courtyard. Very clean ,bed especially comfortable. Fresh towels daily. Our room was changed (Fabio at reception v. helpful) as initial room was on ground floor but bed was on a mezzanine up narrow steps and with very low ceiling which was not suitable for us. In any case the ground floor rooms in these old houses were intended to be more or less open to the street so in fact have no window just glazed doors opening to the pavement.

See above - but we were moved to a first floor room which was small but comfortable and quiet . So make sure you have accurate details of the type of room. We were actually in their Ortygia Boutique Suites. They have a number of properties close by.

I recently stayed at Ortigia Boutique Palace in Siracusa, and it was an excellent experience. The property itself is set in a historic building, which gives it a unique and charming atmosphere. The apartments are modern and comfortable, equipped with air-conditioning, soundproofing, and reliable WiFi. The location couldn’t be better. It’s within walking distance of many attractions and beautiful alleys. Despite being centrally located, it still felt peaceful and relaxing. Overall, Ortigia Boutique Palace combines history, comfort, and convenience in one of the best areas of Siracusa. It’s especially well-suited for couples, but I would recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable base in Ortigia.

Location is very good, and the room is very spacious. Beds are very confortable and air conditioning worked properly despite the size of the room. There was some complimentary bottles of still water which were vey welcome.

Personally I didn't like the room layout with bedroom and bathroom all put together in one ambient. We had problems with hot water not being enough of it for 4 people to take a shower in a row (we had to split). Finally, although minor issue, I expecteda bit more of proactitivity to explain how parking worked in Ortigia, especially because in the recommended parking space (Talete) there wasn's any working machine.

Great location, right in the heart of Syracusa, the apartment is spacious, feels authentic with a nice decor, it has a huge bathroom (we stayed in apt. nr. 8), and the rooftop was also nice. You don't have an unobstructed view, but its still nice, as the building is tall. Staff was also nice, the man helped me with the luggage, which was super nice, as the apartment is on top of the building with a steep staircase and no elevator.

Not much: it was very cold in the apartment when we arrived, had to use the A/C quite a bit to warm up, each time when we came home, but its ok. Bathroom is huge but the shower is relatively small and a bit dark. Furniture seemed a bit on the cheaper side, made of a light material.

Great roof terrace, with views across Ortigia rooftops to sea. Suite was spotlessly clean, airy and spacious. Comfy bed/pillows and efficient air conditioning. Great location, with all the sights, bars and restaurants within 10 mins easy walk

Maybe some more cutlery/crockery? We had just one bowl and one set of knives/forks - but we ate out anyway so had little impact on our enjoyment of the apartment.

Beautifully situated in a quiet corner of Ortiga but within 5-10 minutes walking distance of the market, the harbour, restaurants and the shopping areas of Ortiga. The apartment with 2 rooms on separat floors was perfect for us traveling 2 couples. And the breakfast buffet offered a tranquil start to our day ahead. I recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice! The staff was very hospitable and accomodating. I highly recommend the Ortiga Boutique Palace

Location was perfect, on the island of Ortigia, within walking distance of the center of the island. Appartment was big and spaciously set up, and there were two bathrooms, both large in size as well. The showers were a little on the smaller or lower side if you're a tall person, but they were very good on the whole. The roof terrace was a fun addition, but nothing you need to go out of your way for to book. Wifi was good too. Communication with the property was business-like and straightforward; there was no in-person check-in, but the process was smooth and instructions were clear.

The bed was outrageously uncomfortable. Paper thin mattress on a slatted-base bed, and an equally thin, lumpy mattress topper made for a very, very uncomfortable night of sleep and body aches the following morning. This really should be addressed by the property owners; the bed did not fit the overall vibe of the place.

Great host who provided lots of helpful info at the start - including amazing restaurants, beautiful location (very convenient in the heart of Ortigia! And close to the parking spaces outside of the ZTL). The flat was good - clean and with amazing bed. Like in the pictures.

The Internet could be a bit better! It works on the ground floor but on the bed mezzanine it was on and off. Maybe a repeater!

It was very pleasant staying:) The property is so good located, very well designed and fully equipped 👍🏻 We stayed in Suite with Terrace. It has 2 floors with bad rooms and bathrooms on each floor, on the first floor there is also a small kitchen/living room with small balcony and on the second floor there is nice terrace with table and chairs. Just on the corner you will find the Temple of Apollo and other places of interest 🛕 restaurants and shops..

It was low water pressure in shower 🚿 but in general it was a pity that we stay only one night there))))
