The absolute best here was Valeria. She was personable and always helpful. The location is super and very quiet. The breakfast room had a beautiful outdoor deck with snacks and cool drinks all day. Breakfast was among the best we had in our month long trip in Sicily. The pastries were incomparable. The room itself had everything and was actually better equipped than most rooms. Valeria connected with us before we arrived and organized our ZTL permit. We parked a block and a 1/2 away in a locked guarded lot that was super.

Great location for exploring Ortigia by foot. The room was well decorated and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Special mention to Valeria. Breakfast was great and served on the roof terrace each morning.

The only windows in the room were small skylights, so we took advantage of the roof terrace when we could. Mediocre pressure to the rain head shower. As expected and due to the location, parking is in a public car park a few minutes walk away at €15 for 24 hours.

Our stay in this superb BnB was faultless from beginning to end. Professional staff, Laura, Concetta, and owner Guiseppe made us feel so welcome from day one. Because they lived locally they were able to provide information on events, timetables, opening times etc that guided our daily excursions. We were treated more like friends than guests with a warmth and sincerity you rarely find. This is a gem of a place located just off the main hub of Ortigia but within five minutes walk of warm seas, outstanding cuisine, and history in abundance. The staff here personify all that is wonderful about Sicily and in particular Syracuse. The BnB itself is a recent modern and smart renovation of an old building. It's extremely comfortable and a real cool oasis away from the heat of the fierce Ortigia sun. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Valeria the host was so accommodating. Breakfast each am was tasty amd satisfying. She helped us plan our da each day and we loved our cute little apartment.

One small item I would love is a place to put soap amd shampoo in shower. With my new hip my mobility was not great but I did advise that small little detail was the one & only thing I would change. The B & B was quiet and so quaint. Bed was very comfortable as well.

Everything was exactly as described or better, breakfast had many options and was served promptly. Our hostess (Valeria) was very knowledgeable of the area and offered great suggestions. Very clean, comfortable and modern facilities, very competent and friendly staff. Perfect location, close enough to the city center and parking at the Talette, but tucked away from the city's noise. Best mattress ever!

Very nice place in the center of Ortigia. You dont need a car here, everything is walking distance, however, if you are arriving in a car choose your parking spot carefully, to avoid getting fined/towed. There’s a big underground parking on the west side. The parking machine accepts only cash. The host here was awesome! Totally recommend all the places she suggested for food and drinks. The pistachio croissant at breakfast was great! In general breakfast in italy is kind of limited, and i wasnt sure what to expect, so this is probably the best that you can get. The location is perfectly situated near the center, everything is walking distance. In general we are kind of happy with our stay, except that it was too expensive for what it offers.

The shower is dripping, impossible to wash my hair. The pressure is extremely weak. The AC turns on but it doesn’t work, it doesn’t cool the place, it was too hot. We couldn’t sleep. The pillows are too soft. The bed is not very comfortable. Too expensive for the above reasons.

We loved everything about this accommodation. The breakfast was lovely, staff were fabulous and the location was absolutely perfect. We would definately love to come back and stay here again.

What a find! This accommodation hit all the right notes. Its central location was perfect for exploring, while the modern amenities and cozy atmosphere made for a comfortable stay. But the real star was the unbelievably good breakfast, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. A huge shoutout to the friendly host who made our stay extra special. 5 out of 5 stars!

Valeria was simply the best host. She was so helpful with details about the parking and lots of recommendations for restaurants and gelato ! Very well located in Ortigia for everything. Lovely breakfasts and freshly made coffee. Thank you for a great stay
