Excellent location, within the historic center, close to restaurants and bars, and at the same time far enough away from the noise of the city, which is essential for a light sleeper like me. The hostess, Eleonora, was always very friendly and helpful, before and during the stay. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, I recommend it. I must highlight the unforgettable help and concern that Eleonora had for me because of the heavy rain that fell at the exact moment I was leaving, on foot, to the bus station. She was very kind and creative in minimizing the effects of the storm. I am very grateful! The room is spacious, well decorated, with many amenities and an excellent bathroom. The terrace where breakfast is served is also charming. Great experience in Ortigia (the clouds are truly a spectacle on the island).

The shower cubicle was a little small for a tall person like me and there wasn't enough space to hold soap and shampoo inside. I consider it a minor issue, everything else was flawless!

From the beginning of the stay until the end, Eleonora was very nice and helped me with all the information I asked for, responding very quickly to my messages. The accommodation is very clean and equipped with everything I needed and Ortigia is absolutely gorgeous. It's easy to get from Catania airport by bus, and if you want to see the surrounding area, there are many buses and trains leaving regularly, the bus station and train station are a 20 minutes walk from the accommodation.

Easy to get into, clear instructions from staff. Location convenient to parking at Parcheggio Talete (15 euros for 24 hours). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ortigia was a lovely place to spend 3 days in. Ortigia itself is all alleyways with out of the way restaurants. Daily morning swim at Spiaggia Diana nel Forte. Special mention for Cod da Saretta restaurant. Fantastic seafood at (relative to other restaurants) good prices. Syracuse Greek and Romans ruins an easy drive. Parking for 5 euros/day at Parking Paradise Siracusa.

Wifi was a bit patchy in the accommodation - not a major issue.

Great room, modern decor, super comfy bed and a nice shower! Staff were very friendly, and had a very nice breakfast on the terrace upstairs. Location was great too, just a short walk away from the very center of Ortigia.

Our room was on the ground floor, next to the entrance, and had a window facing the road. It is a very small and fairly quiet road so it wasn’t really an issue for us, just the occasional moped.

We stayed here for one night and everything was perfect. When checking in we followed the instructions with the key code, and it was a very smooth process, with no issues. The owner had great communication and was responsive by text. The room was a great, modern bathroom, with a small balcony plus access to the main kitchen with espresso coffee machine and shared outdoor rooftop terrace. This is where we ate breakfast - which we paid an extra 5 euro pp, but it was well worth the charge with fresh bread, boiled eggs, meat, cheese and juice. When checking out the next day we could leave our bags under the stairs, and return with a key to collect them, which was no fuss and very convenient. It's a great location in the heart of the Island of Ortigia. Highly recommended!

Nothing - everything was great!

We had a wonderful one night stay with our two small children while passing through Siracusa. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The complimentary water, juice, beer and snack in the mini bar was a very nice surprise. The breakfast was fantastic and well worth the $5 euro per person. Better than most continental breakfasts I’ve had so far in Italy and the host was very warm and welcoming. Location was great too. Highly recommend!

Stairs are required to access upper level rooms and the terrace. They are steep when carrying bags but thankfully we packed light.

Breakfast on the terrace was amazing, really enjoyed that!! The location is perfect, easy to find. The host was kind, welcoming, easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

The pillow was not the best for me, it was very flat. Would be good to have 1 extra pillow for those who need a bit taller pillows.

Great location in the heart of the historic center. Super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Very easy check in process. Eleonora was an excellent hostess. Excellent breakfast on the terrace(you should definitely include it). Note: The place is in a ZTL. if you have a car, Eleonora will provide detailed guidance.

Perfect location in a quiet street of Ortigia but only a super short walk from all things you want. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful, Eleonora goes above and beyond helping with anything one could possibly need. The room is clean and very tidy, really enjoyed my stay.
