The owner was very kind and communicative. She provided all the information about safe parking and even registered my car’s plate number with the local police, so I would be covered if I parked in a ZTL area. The location was close to a paid parking lot (15€/24h). The room was clean, and the self check-in process was very straightforward. Breakfast was simple but appreciated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay!

It wasn’t the owner’s fault, but it was a bit noisy because of the building’s thick walls. However, the whole city is like that—the buildings are very old and not well insulated!

Excellent location, within the historic center, close to restaurants and bars, and at the same time far enough away from the noise of the city, which is essential for a light sleeper like me. The hostess, Eleonora, was always very friendly and helpful, before and during the stay. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, I recommend it. I must highlight the unforgettable help and concern that Eleonora had for me because of the heavy rain that fell at the exact moment I was leaving, on foot, to the bus station. She was very kind and creative in minimizing the effects of the storm. I am very grateful! The room is spacious, well decorated, with many amenities and an excellent bathroom. The terrace where breakfast is served is also charming. Great experience in Ortigia (the clouds are truly a spectacle on the island).

The shower cubicle was a little small for a tall person like me and there wasn't enough space to hold soap and shampoo inside. I consider it a minor issue, everything else was flawless!

Prime location, a few hundred metres away from the Temple of Apollo. Beautiful, tasteful decor in big, airy rooms; beds were very comfortable. Room was immaculately clean and appeared well maintained. Terrace on the top floor was a lovely place to relax; very good breakfast served there too. Finally, the hosts were so lovely and welcoming- it really was a pleasure to stay with them :D

From the beginning of the stay until the end, Eleonora was very nice and helped me with all the information I asked for, responding very quickly to my messages. The accommodation is very clean and equipped with everything I needed and Ortigia is absolutely gorgeous. It's easy to get from Catania airport by bus, and if you want to see the surrounding area, there are many buses and trains leaving regularly, the bus station and train station are a 20 minutes walk from the accommodation.

Great room, modern decor, super comfy bed and a nice shower! Staff were very friendly, and had a very nice breakfast on the terrace upstairs. Location was great too, just a short walk away from the very center of Ortigia.

Our room was on the ground floor, next to the entrance, and had a window facing the road. It is a very small and fairly quiet road so it wasn’t really an issue for us, just the occasional moped.

Easy to get into, clear instructions from staff. Location convenient to parking at Parcheggio Talete (15 euros for 24 hours). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ortigia was a lovely place to spend 3 days in. Ortigia itself is all alleyways with out of the way restaurants. Daily morning swim at Spiaggia Diana nel Forte. Special mention for Cod da Saretta restaurant. Fantastic seafood at (relative to other restaurants) good prices. Syracuse Greek and Romans ruins an easy drive. Parking for 5 euros/day at Parking Paradise Siracusa.

Wifi was a bit patchy in the accommodation - not a major issue.

Great location. Walking distance to anything in Ortigia. Very close to the Talete parking and we didn’t have to cross a ZTL zone. Very clean and cozy room. Host left us some drinks in the fridge and also we could make coffee and tea. We also had breakfast included which was very good, on the beautiful terrace upstairs. Very friendly host.

Eleonora is a wonderful hostess. She kindly contacted me in advance and gave precise information on parking nearby and reaching the hotel. The location is great to explore Ortigia and also to reach the main town. The room and the bathroom were comfortable and well equiped. Breakfast was fantastic.

We stayed here for one night and everything was perfect. When checking in we followed the instructions with the key code, and it was a very smooth process, with no issues. The owner had great communication and was responsive by text. The room was a great, modern bathroom, with a small balcony plus access to the main kitchen with espresso coffee machine and shared outdoor rooftop terrace. This is where we ate breakfast - which we paid an extra 5 euro pp, but it was well worth the charge with fresh bread, boiled eggs, meat, cheese and juice. When checking out the next day we could leave our bags under the stairs, and return with a key to collect them, which was no fuss and very convenient. It's a great location in the heart of the Island of Ortigia. Highly recommended!

Nothing - everything was great!

Location of the property was fantastic. Walkable to all the main areas with lots of restaurants around. Public parking is also nearby. Hosts were very friendly and prepared different spread for breakfast for our 2 days stay.

No real window for us to open unfortunately and hence lack of natural lighting.
