Room was a good size for 2 people. Great location- very close to Ortigia and not too far a walk from the train station. Very helpful staff and very responsive with the few issues we had. Amazing breakfast!! Very much appreciated the mixed fresh fruit and the :tastes of sicily" ootions. Hand soap and shampoo in bathroom were amazing and very much appreciated the complimentary water..

The door to the balcony would not open. We were not able to use the safe initially because the instructions did not match how to use it, but the staff at the sister hotel fixed the issue right away so we could use it. The lights also went out later that night, but again the staff were very responsive and resolved the issue quickly.

Not sure why others rated this hotel so low because we found no flaws except difficulty unloading in front of the building. Not the fault of the hotel. We were 13 family members aged 16 to 81. Very clean and up to date. Well located two blocks to Ortigia bridge. It's not luxury but its a great value. Fantastic breakfast and extremely nice staff. Wish we stayed longer

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Le Muse in Siracusa. The staff were exceptionally professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a full day of sightseeing. Overall, the hotel offers outstanding value for money. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

Great location, staff, hygiene, breakfast variety, actually when we arrived, we were told that we got free upgrade in room in the other hotel Cavalieri that was opposite Le Muse.

We were only bothered a bit by the lack of smoking terrace or smoking space to decently have your breakfast coffee with a cigarette.

The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk to Ortigia. Parking, supermarket, bars and restaurants near by, but still quiet inside the hotel. Big roof-terrace with a beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean.

We booked this one quite late and were extremely pleased at how lovely it was. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Would 100% stay here again.
