The location is excellent and parking was not a problem. Great view from balcony. Good air conditioning and property was clean good bed linen and towels. We were able to walk to all the major attractions in Syracuse and go swimming from a nearby small beach and swimming platform.

The kitchen facilities lacked crockery and kitchen utensils. ( a common problem) Unusually no oven just microwave and gas hob but no toaster or washing machine as stated in original description. Externally the apartment building looks as if it has major crumbling concrete problem with mesh nets attached to catch any falling debris. This type of problem appears common in Sicily as a couple of other properties we stayed in also had debris nets. As with a lot of Sicily rubbish in the streets and the lay-bys, in the countryside and on most beaches is a major issue.

Great location, 10 min flat walk into Ortigia town. Fabulous views over the marina. Nice balcony to enjoy the views or you can use the communal terrace. We were lucky with parking inside the complex. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly. The elevator is a bonus! Nearby are many bars, cafes and restaurants. A small Coop supermarket too. The apartment was clean and light and airy and the kitchen was appointed ok.

Emiliano, the host, is super helpful. The apartment is very good and well decorated and very clean. The location is good. A few minutes from ortigia were you have all the ammenites. I would recommend having your breakfast at Nuova dolceria. The best food and value. I also went to buy cold cuts and cheeses at Gusto Gourmet. The store is amazing, and you can grab some high-quality products at a fair price.

Almost everything was great, we just didn’t like the JW „jehovah witness“ Symbole in the apartment as we don’t believe in imposing religions on others specially in accomidationis places, there was also some noise in the morning from constructions by the neighbour‘s place but the owner apologized and said he can’t control that

The location was incredible. It was very close and within a very short walk of Ortigia with stunning views and a roof terrace. Having parking available was very handy. The flat was clean, quiet, and we felt safe. The bed was comfortable, and there was air con for when we felt too hot. Simona had even made us fresh granita when we arrived, which was delicious and refreshing.

the apartment was very clean. comfortable spacious rooms. great views over the harbour. very peaceful. the balcony as a great asset with great views. we were only one couple so can’t comment if it was two couples in terms of access to the balcony.

the surrounding area to the apartment felt safe. the parking was great but we were out of season and parking is a problem fir everyone. Really easy access ( walking distance) to the island, which was perfect. hence the peaceful ness and great views over the marina.

The location is great. I like that the appartment is not in Ortigia but just a short walk away. This made in much faster to leave the city on our day trips. Especially one balcony has a stunning view of the Porto Piccolo an Ortigia. The inner city on the mainland is beautiful too, Good recommandations for restaurants by the host who lives next door.

Tap water pretty hard, changes the taste of coffee

The appartment we stayed in was absolutely lovely. It was nice and spacious. We were 4 adults and 2 teens and it was perfect. The rooms were really comfortable and big. The kitchen had everything (coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop,...). The terrace in the masterbedroom has the most beautiful view. Amazing!! They left quite a few drinks and food in the fridge to get you started. So lovely. The airconditioning was a blessing. Lots of free parking space just in front and behind the appartment. Which was really easy. The owners, Emiliano and Simona, are the nicest, helpfull people!! They send you lot of information of what to do, where you can eat,.... You can ask them anything, they're always friendly and helpfull. We got to go diving and visited the beautiful isola d'Ortigia (10 min walk). My kids were over the moon with their stay. If ever we go back to Syracusa we will most definitely stay here again.

Apartment is nice, big and well equiped. The hosts were very cordial and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the view from bedroom balcony to the sea is impresive. Location is walking distanse from the old town, plus a posibility to park your car ( we were there in November).
