Located outside the Ortigia Island, which gives you more bang for your bucks. Ortigia can be reached by public transport or on foot (still walking distance). Easily accessible if you arrive by car (can be more difficult staying within the Ortigia part of town). Very conveniently located to visit the Neapolis Archaeological Park, certainly if you want to see one of the evening plays in the Greek theater on a summer evening. The room provides everything you need and has good AC. Breakfast is in a cafe across the street which is an attraction on itself (make sure to ask for a Cannolo ;) ). Just go and checkout for yourself!

Well equipped, comfortable. Good location in terms of access to Siracusa. Ortigia was also a 20 minute walk away. We were able to park right outside for free for 2 nights. The breakfast from the cafe over the road was a nice bonus and the staff there were very welcoming.

Walls between rooms were very thin. Was woken up by neighbours playing loud tv one night and having a coughing fit on another. If I was the owner I’d get rid of the TVs. You don’t need to sit inside watching television when you have a town like Siracusa on your doorstep!

Nice spot outside of the crowd area of Siracusa with easy public parking access. Somehow I made a mistake regarding my reservation, but it was all sorted in a friendly way. The apartment is nice, the place for breakfast in front lovely, the owner has been there for decades making great pastry such as delicious cannoli.

Nothing :) I really advise to considering this place for your trip if you are traveling by car.

Everything was very clean and professional. Owner Andrea & his wife were very nice & helpful. I was able to leave my suitcase there for a few hours after I checked out and there was no issue for me to get back in to retrieve it. I also had the best Sicilian Cannoli in my life at a bar-pastry shop across the street! 😋

A bit far from the old Part of Ortigia

We were staying in deluxe room, it was spacious, very clean and with a great view. There is also a shared kithen - the host provide 2 complimentary bottles of water and also unlimited coffee and tea during the whole stay. Online check in is also available. The bed was really comfortable.

Everything was great

Accommodation was perfect, lovely size rooms and all you could ask for was there. Lovely and clean, felt very safe and secure. Close by parking and cafe for breakfast. Approx 30 minute walk to the old town and harbour. Pleasure to meet the owner.

Clean and had everything you needed

- very clean - modern rooms with nice design - the pictures reflect reality - aprox. 20 minutes walk to central station, so it is a convenient location for those who want to explore the region by train

- it has nothing to do with the property, but with its location, not so close to Ortigia, the historical centre

Room was bright and airy with good bed aircon etc.

Surrounding area very grim, breakfast just one coffee and 1 sweet from Restaurant across the way.

Very clean. Friendly staff but all communication was done via WhatsApp.

Location is about half an hour walk from the island. Coffee and Croissant is NOT breakfast. The AC is small compare to the size of the room and takes time before it makes a difference since you can't leave it on when you go out.

Good organization and relatively close to the center.

The airconditioning could bearly cool the room. The pictures were better than it actually is. Extremely small shower cabin.
