The location is good because we were with a car, there's a free parking in the street. The breakfast was good but it would be better if there were vegetables (there were no vegetables at all). There was a balcony in the room which was very nice. The bed is very big.

The water in the tap was salty so you can't drink it, but I understand it's a common problem in Siracusa. The bathroom has a step so its hight is above the floor of the room, which is a little dangerous.

The host was super responsive. Self Check in was straightforward and easy. Our room was spacious and clean. Wifi connected quickly and was good. Bed was comfortable. We decided to extend our stay an extra night as the accommodation was great. Breakfast was cheese, yogurt, fresh pastries, fruit, and cereal. Coffee, cappuccino, tea and juice. Plenty to eat. We were able to walk to all the attractions and to Ortegia which made this a perfect place to stay. Free on street parking available.

Some street noise, but the advantages farcoutweighed the little noise we heard.

The room is quite small, you can barely open one large luggage. The fridge was quite weak in the room. Our aircon got blocked by ice and didn't operate at full capacity during the night, only to spit it all out with some dirt over the bed in the morning. We were leaving so it didn't cause any inconvenience, but it could have happened overnight.

A small room in a private hotel at the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Well located close to the old city center as well as the casamates. Best is the breakfast which is really delicious and abundant. Parking is seamless. A good value for money.

A bit impersonal. You can access your room via codes - you only meet your host at the breakfast (which by the way was great). Fairly thin walls so you can hear other guests coming and going.

The kindness of the managers helped us arrange transportation to and from the Catania Airport. The B&B is very close to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Tears, the Catacombs of San Giovanni, the Archaeological Museum was across the street, about a 10-minute walk to reach the Archaeological Park, and a 30-minute walk to the center. There is a HOHO bus stop across the street near the Catacombs that was handy for reaching Ortega (10 euros each). Our room was a double room with a balcony that also had a drying rack. There was a mini fridge and air conditioner which was very handy for the summer heat. Good breakfast with enough variety and very good coffee. Below there is a bar where you could get a meal or gelato. We had an early flight and the manager arranged an early breakfast for us. Thank you.

This is not against the B&B but if you have mobility issues you will need to walk up some stairs to reach the elevator and some of the rooms and reaching the breakfast room requires going up and down two steps. Our room faced the sun and the awning was not functional so we could not enjoy the balcony during the afternoon.

Giancarlo made a very positive impression because of his heartwarming hospitality! Everything was carefully planned so that we felt home the very first minute. The room was very clean. I highly recommend this place because it is really close to the archeological park and the central railway’s station. On top of that you also have a breakfast included which was really good and sufficient ! Service and price are unbeatable.

The accomodation was everything we expected.Easy to park ,plenty of space for three people in the room, comfortable WC ,the air conditioning working fine and the breakfast was great. I would totally recommend it!!

Room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Good value. Staff were friendly, breakfast included coffee, teas, fresh juices and various paspastries. Also cheeses. Across the street is a lovely Sanctuary and beautiful music twice a day.

the room was very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Very clean down to the smallest details. Breakfast consists of a wide variety of desserts (Sicilian cakes, artisanal jams, cannoli, etc.) as well as ham, salami and cheeses. Very friendly staff. excellent value for money

We didn’t get to stay here as Booking.com had double booked us. The owner was very helpful and arranged for us to stay at another B&B nearby. He took us there and the property was great.
