We liked the location, as we could easily park the car, also it was quite near to the centre. There was everything necessary in the room, from hair dryer to mini bar. The good bonus was a balcony, as my boyfriend could smoke there without getting out of the building.

The sound insulation was low. Because we could hear our neighbours at 7 in the morning, as well as late at night.

The location was ideally located within a 5-25 minute walking distance of many points of interest. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast options were generous and the coffee delicious. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and they accommodated our special requests. As a bonus, the restaurant just downstairs served the best pizza in Italy at incredibly low prices.

The breakfast was great, room spacious and clean, comfortabe bed. The location is good, though a bit far from Ortogia which is the main tourist attraction to explore, about 20-30 min walking distance but still walkable.

Would be good to have the coffee machine available in the kitchen at all time, not just during breakfast.

Very clean and spacious hotel. Breakfast is a buffet and was very good. Owner is very nice and communication was fast.

We liked everything. The hosts were very friendly and patient with us, since we weren't able to inform them about our time of arrival, and yet they ensured a care free check in for us, for which we are very grateful! The room was nicely furnished, spacious and clean and even offered a mini bar, which was a really nice commodity. The breakfast was great and the location is perfect for sightseeing by foot, and there is a lot to see nearby.

Fully renovated Big room Buffet breakfast was rich

We did shelf check in but the instructions were not clear to us and got a bit confused with the opposite apartment. I believe this is something that can be easily improved by the host.

This was a really big room, it had a lot of space and was nice and clean. The breakfast was good as well, it had variety. The placement of the building was good as well it allowed you to walk to other parts of the town rather quickly.

There's no free parking garage particularly for the B&b guests, the parkng is based on a free parking spaces on the streets around

The host was very friendly, the location is good, the room is very big and it has a very confortable bed.

The bathroom was very smelly and we had to stay with the window open the entire time.
