The women who work at San Marciano were very helpful and friendly; they made adjustments for us because we had a late arrival and an early departure. The room was clean, breakfast was excellent and we had a lovely time.
The hotel was a 25-minute walk from the main tourist attractions and at night time the streets were not very well lit, so have that in mind if you are a solo traveler.

Convenient and safe location especially when travelling with young kids. Ample free street parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good airconditioning, lift, clean and comfortable room just as described. Recommended. Walking distances to restaurants and places of interest.

Great staff! Very helpful and responsive to situations!
The doors were difficult to open/lock. The lights could only be turned on by the keys, but that’s not a bad thing, just a cultural difference!

The hosts Chiara and Giuseppe are wonderful, the location is very central, the place itself feels like home and the croissants were delicious 😋 Thank you so much for hosting us, it made our New Year days more pleasurable ❤ 😍 💖

Very friendly and centrally located B&B. Very clean. The young lady who takes care of everything is very friendly and helpful. Also speaks very good English. Just around the corner is a great little insider bar "Caffettiamo Siracusa" with the best cappucino in the morning and great aperitivo in the evening.
Sometimes the room was a bit noisy and in the morning the nearby main road, too.

A good value location but some 25-40 minutes walk away from the Ortigia. You are close to the archeological park which is quite beautiful. The hotel occupies the second floor of a general purpose building. After hours there is no reception but the management clearly communicated how to check in via whatsapp.
the immediate location was a little lackluster and the breakfast was simple.
